Location is excellent - park the car and walk everywhere.

Our room with a balcony overlooked a roof and air conditioners - not a pleasant view for the price paid

Great location for a city stay . Could walk to restaurants and shopping .

Room- especially bathroom not totally clean , Room — exceptionally noisy — outside and in — faulty filter in bathroom causing loud buzzing noise all night

Main bedroom was in the living room and two single beds in bedroom.

The breakfast menu was superb and the location was fantastic

I didnt like being in a wheelchair room did not like the shower/curtain no bathtub

We were put on a room with a toilet for disabled (we are not disabled). first time this happened to us. The shower only has curtain so water drips everywhere. It was a very yucky experience. Toilet was very wet when someone showers. If you want to stay here, make sure you say “dont put us on a disability toilet!” Honestly, we felt like we were on a hospital because of that toilet. The bland interior designed didnt help either. Also, all their lamps were “cool” and not “warm”. Cant really relax on those. There was also loud band playing on the bar in frony of the hotel. They were loud up to 12midnight which was very annoying. It was vibrating the whole building!

The location was excellent being at the edge of the central district.

There was no milk in our room so an early coffee was not on the cards. A request to the desk was not able to source milk either.

Location was good. Bed was alright. Bathrooms were dated and didn't look very clean.

Rooms were a bit hit and miss. Management wasn't really helpful or overly friendly.
