Yog niketan is probably one of the finest, most quaint and lovely boutique hotel we’ve stayed in! Everything is on point and picture perfect! The location, right on the banks of the Ganges, the helpful warm staff, and the food and service, is an asset and joy! There’s no better place than this in Rishikesh.

The location is fantastic with a great view. Book the rooms on top.The staff were polite and courteous. The food was nice with good quantity. The hotel has activities like Yoga ,meditation during the day. The place is walkable to Sivananda s Ashram ,both the bridges . There is a nice walking path along the river right outside the hotel. The room is of decent size with a comfortable bed and had all most of the options like kettle, fridge , safe, etc. The hotel provided me with a taxi for sightseeing.

The bathrooms i felt need to be redone. They were neat and clean but were a little small and felt a bit old .It is slightly on the costlier side but for that view and location, you don't mind paying more . The shower had an issue . It was either too hot or too cold .. It was not an issue for me but there is no lift .Overall, it was a nice and comfortable sta

All staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is excellent!! We had taken breakfast and dinner package. All the meals very well prepared and delicious. Authentic Garhwali thali is a must try

The staff were just all so wonderful and friendly! They really went above and beyond to help me which I truly appreciated. It is located right next to the Ganges and the place has a great energy and delicious food! They offer traditional hatha yoga classes each morning which were complimentary and guided by a great teacher. Thank you!

I loved everything. The location, the rooms, the bed the daily schedule, the breakfast and afternoon tea buffets, the staff, the view of Ganges, the reception team, the spa team, the boys who served us in the restaurant and the cleaners, the security and Aparna ma’am the yoga instructor. Everything was divinely perfect!

Highly recommend any visitor to Rishikesh to stay here. The location and view from the room is outstanding - right on the banks of the Ganges. The hotel is super clean, the staff very courteous and helpful and the ambiance is serene and lovely. Loved the yoga in the morning by Aparna .
