Die Aussicht ist einfach prima, die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell im Ort, Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles da an Geräten, sehr hell und unheimlich ruhig, Badezimmer modern und gemütlich, viel Stauraum, Verwalterin sehr freundlich.
Leider im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, Matratzen hatten keinen Schoner unterm Laken, Hundehaare waren doch mehr da als angekündigt wurde, Mobiliar und Lampen im Schlafzimmer könnten mal erneuert werden, auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche könnte man im Abstellraum lagern und nicht im Schlafzimmerschrank, ein paar neue Sofakissen wären nett und die Sitzkissen sollten mal gewaschen werden.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything that one could need.
The apartment was in a rather poor location at the very top of a steep flight of stairs. The 'cow hide' draped on the wall was horrible. The views were somewhat restricted, and the balcony was very narrow.
