Convenient location, spacious room, lovely breakfast, helpful staff.

Terrible wifi, didn’t handle our parking reservation properly, resulting in having to park at a different hotel one night. They were very sorry about the mixup and didn’t charge us for any parking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean, quiet and well equipped. The breakfast was also lovely. Superb location, only a few minutes walk from the train station.

The bathroom needs a little work. The shower head spreads water everywhere, the sink is too small and there is no room to put your things. The room needs a luggage holder.

V well equipped hotel in prime location. Loved the pool too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had free use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and sauna for an hour each day. The parking facilities were excellent with a lift which took your car down to the basement, and even a turntable to help you get out. The room was bright and clean and well equipped.

To use the free Wi-Fi, you had to keep reconnecting and putting in the log-in and password every time you turned off your phone. The swimming pool etc was open 9am-11pm. I think 7am-9pm would have been better. I would have enjoyed an early morning swim.
