The service Villa Anna provided is exceptional. She had everything we might need for our holidays ready, from kitchen necessities to guides and references so that we could enjoy our visit to Paros to the fullest. Out of all the hotels ive visited this particular one left me and my friends in awe from the beauty of the house and its location and we were amazed by how helpful the owners were. If you want to visit Paros and have an enjoyable stay at an incredible house, Villa Anna is definitely a number one choice.

Xeni was an absolutely amazing host! The location was perfect with great sunset views on the balcony. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils. Location was also within walking distance to the main town of Parikia. If I am to come back to Paros I would definitely stay here again!

The host was absolutely outstanding. Her and her husband picked us up and dropped us off at the ferries and brought us fresh towels every day. She also gifted us with food and treats.

We loved the Villa Anna, really great place to stay in Parikia and awesome views of the bay. The owners live underneath the house and could not be nicer. They were lovely and helpful.

We had a fabulous stay at Vila Anna. Our hosts Lefteris and his wife were amazing they looked after us and we couldn't have asked for more. The house is amazing and we enjoyed every minute.

The hospitality at Villa Anna was far and beyond! Kostas and Xeniya were so welcoming and made us feel like we were in our home away from home. The villa is sparkling clean, organized, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything one might possibly need. We were welcomed with a bottle of local wine and a basket of fruits, which paired perfectly with the incredible view of Paros from the terrace! They provided free transportation from the port to the villa, and back. The supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable market, as well as a few cafes were walking distance and very accesible. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will be sure to come back to this beautiful villa in Paros!

Wonderful stay. A cozy haven of peace in Parikia, far enough from the noise. Xeni is the perfect host that takes care of every little detail. We highly recommend Villa Anna!

The villa exceeded all our expectations! The hosts are very welcoming. Villa is super clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. You can watch the sunset from the terrace. The photos online don’t do the villa justice tbh. We loved it!

The house is very very nice, comfortable to host 6 people with plenty of space, equipped with all the necessary...and even more. In the kitchen we found olive oil, coffee capsules and supply for the American one, tea, spices.. In the bathroom there was everything! Believe me, you won't need anything.
The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to give advice about most valuable places, beaches and restaurants.
The view from the terrace is very nice, you can see the port and enjoy beautiful sunset. The surrounding is quiet. Due to its position a car is necessary, although beautiful Livadia Beach is not too far.
Highly recommended for families and groups. Totally worth it, thank you Xeni!
