Apartment was clean and it's positioned in a great location, it's close to many nice beaches (Fteri, Myrtos, etc) and also still easy to reach e.g. Fiskardo in ~45min by car. The apartment had nice amenities (espresso machine, air conditioning, most utensils/kitchenware, etc) and the owner is nice and helpful. There are also several super/mini-market and a nice butcher nearby the apartment, as well as a self-service laundry place (which are hard to find outside of Argostoli).

The bed wasn't really comfortable to me, although that's of course a personal thing. The price was also a little higher compared to other places we visited, not absurdly high but still a little more expensive than a similar sized apartment in Argostoli and about 2-times higher than in Poros, although Agia Effimia has more to offer around in the area so I suppose one could say that it's fair.

Great apartment, great location, very clean for recommendations, host is very friendly and every second day cleaning room... Internet is good for surfing around 1,5-2Mbit at evening when all online not for youtube or streaming, bed is big and nice can can be more soft...

Well equipped large rooms with a lovely wrap around balcony . Great location.  this will be the place for us for sure next time we visit.

Everything was perfect, corresponding to the published description, kindness of the host, location, the room cleaning, the good silence in the night to sleep, the climate.

Great location, short walk to centre but very quiet,great mountain view,very nice owner.

All good, only noisy bed, mattress could be updated.
