Location and value for money were excellent

The air con unit was sited badly in that it didn't cool down the sleeping area but it was late September so not a big problem.

It's in Ayia Evfimia, which is a nice village and has many places to eat (I recommend Sousouro, the food is amazing, cheap and nice staff). It's a good place if you want to travel all around the island because it's located more or less in the center. The room was very big and the bathroom was fine and had shower tray. The host was nice and when we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting for us over the dinning table and a bottle of water in the fridge.

The Wifi wasn't very good.

The location is in a very quiet area. The host tried to receive us as he knew best. Every time he waters the garden and sees us, he asks us if everything is ok and tries to inform us why we can visit the island.

The air conditioner in the next room outside was vibrating loudly and the night was annoying.

Owner family is very friendly, very helpful and nice people. Studio we booked was with 2 terraces, air conditioner helped a lot. Fridge, stove, etc. are there, our family liked it very much. Located between antisamos and myrtos beaches - 2 the most famous beaches on the island. Close to Agia Efimia beach (500m).

Great location, very friendly and helpful host. We stayed here for 5 nights and regret not staying here for a longer time. The studio has high ceiling and the kitchen with all amenities we need. Overall, it's a great value for money.

Despite the great location, it was hard to find the property after sunset while driving here for the first time, so plan your route to the property in advance.

Regular cleaning. Good sized room. Short walk to the town.

Some sun loungers in the garden would be nice. Unable to wind back the sun canopies. Not told beforehand that we had to pay in cash.
