- The apartment exceeded our expectations - Living room and terrace are massive, view from it is beautiful - Apartment was clean and tidy - Remember it's not a newly built bulding, so obviously you might find things you don't like. We would come back there without shadow of doubt and will be reccommending to our friends - ladies we took the keys from (Federica and Maddalena) - very nice, professional and helpful.

wi fi - we couldn't get it work - Federica tried to get it worked for us but without luck - it looks like since it is shared between 2 apartments if too many ppl are logged in you can't get in other than that - nothing else

The staff are very helpful and professional. The location is great - you cross a road to get to the beach. The apartment was very spacious.

The apartment was on the verge of needing to be renovated particularly the kitchen and WCs. One of the showers was ridiculously small (one could hardly move inside it). There was a microwave in the kitchen but no obvious place to connect it.

Amazing view on the sea from the balcony. 50 m to the beach, coffe shop and 100 m to market. Easy check in.

Very beautiful, bright, spacious apartment with wonderful view from balcony . Different pillow options makes your sleep very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and great (11 of 10 to them), always assisting on any question on the best way. Location is wonderful - right next to the beach and couple of min walk to main shopping street and around 15 min from port.

Reception and apartment is located in 2 different locations and takes around 10 min of walking. Its fine if taxi waits for you with the luggage and takes you to your apartment from reception (This was also kindly suggested from host and was very useful). When you want to leave your luggage after check-out, be aware that you will have to walk back to reception with all your luggage, as there is no cheap taxi way to do it on summer season and during summer its very hot in Italy. Suggestion for property in future - maybe a golf cart or similar small vehicle for guest luggages would be a wonderful addition to take care of guests luggage.

Everything. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and had the best view of the sea. The reception staff was friendly and easygoing. Highly recommends it.

Rooms were clean and modern, appreciated the large porch, high ceilings and the metal shutters to keep it cool.

Parking was difficult. Beach was more pebbley than sandy, which was a bummer.

there was some confusion over another group booking being sent to a different location despite the photos appearing to be there same. This should be clearly stated on booking.com with different photos and address being provided.

We booked three nights at these apartments (after getting married in Sorrento) on arrival we got told that we had been upgraded to a sea view… lovey! It’s about 500m walk from where you collect the keys so be prepared to drag your cases along the street. On arrival at our apartment it seemed clean, bathrooms in major need of updating. Big spacious bedrooms, kitchen fine. Living room, we didn’t use once as we always sat on the balcony. So….. moving back to the bathroom, the water is never hot, it’s warm but not hot. The bath is stained and needs ripping out. We were also greeted to a ceiling that was flaking, falling apart, all over the floor and into the bathroom. We contacted reception and said that they would send the maintenance man out in the morning to access the situation. He came, looked at it and left. Didn’t even clean up the mess that was on the floor. I was told via text that we could move apartments, I explained that I didn’t want to repack and drag our cases along with two young children to another apartment when we were only there for a short stay. If this was a upgraded apartment I dread to think what a standard apartment would have been like. When I checked out I was told they didn’t know there was a problem with the apartment and the owner hadn’t informed them, however, I find this hard to believe, if you are selling these apartments surely you should know what state they are in. The girl on reception was very nice (at the time) and said she would contact the owner and would sort a refund out of some kind and contact me as she didn’t have “cash” on site! She said she would WhatsApp Me. I heard nothing from them until I contact them and the response I got was rude and blunt- basically saying we offered to move you so no refund. I can’t understand why you would put guests into a apartment that had ceiling damage- it was also in the bedroom , not as bad but still bad enough to find ceiling bits that had fallen into my make up case. They didn’t clean

Excellent accommodation. 3 large, well appointed bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and a living / dining room. The outside space is excellent although we stayed out of season so didn't get much use of it. Location is also fantastic just set back from the beach. The ladies on reception were extremely polite and helpful.

The apartment was very hot when we arrived as all the radiators were turned on. When we turned them off the heating broke and we couldn't get hot water however it was quickly fixed the next morning after messaging reception the evening before. After that we couldn't cool some of the radiators although that is probably more our error.

The apartment is very big and has everything you need. It is located directly on the beach, with nice sea view and a big terrace. You can easily walk to the main shopping street with bars and restaurants.

The interior is a bit old fashioned, but practical.
