It's clean, easy to operate all facilities, and convenient for shopping.
The owner talked very friendly on the phone for our inquires.
It's not safe for the driver to check up the coming cars from right side due to a pole blocking the driver's sight.
It lacked of privacy for there is no door to close the toilet room.

This was my third time staying there and enjoyed it. Plenty of room with all the expected facilities with this type of accommodation with the beds being super comfortable. Just 5 mins drive from central Rotorua making it a convenient location.

It was close to where we needed to be, we used it more like a home base to rest since we were there to compete in a sport. It was warm and had most of the basics to prepare meals and just generally relax
No coffee plunger, but I mentioned it to the hosts and they said they would provide one, shower water pressure wasnt the best but it alwas adequate for four stinking athletes

The location. The activities we chose were all close. CBD is a 5-minute drive down the road. Dairy is just a 5-minute walk.
Definitely recommend 👌
There was only 1 thing, the shower pressure was low. Not a big problem as we only used it after a full day of activities.

It was super cosy.
The wood was very creeky at night while asleep. Definitely needed to get used to it.

The place was great for the price. Clean and well set up.
Cold! Heat pump might need looking at as it struggled to heat the home. Extra electric heaters were in the home so we were comfortable once we got them all going.

We loved being able to bring our dog. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean and tidy.
