Check in was easy and manager rang us to say that our room was ready before time and we could book in earlier than expected. Lovely host. Very clean and super comfortable. Good value for money and centrally located within easy walk to coffee shops, bowls club and hotel.

No staff on hand if needed assistance. Quality Room for the price was to much. No power points at bed side & to charge gadgets & for lamps. I feel the room looked very tired & in desperate need of an upgrade. When booking the pictures showed a balcony but it didn't deliver so deception in advertising. You need to be more open & honest.

Facilities were great, pool and gardens well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. A sound property that has the potential to be a strong 3 star motel, but is just too rough around the edges and needs a solid updating inside. Great for families and food location.

The apartment was very outdated and needed some love. Filthy stained couch with black mould that ran in the carpet, walls and sheers. Needs aircon or fan in main living area as top floor apartment so very hot. Cockroaches were everywhere at night, made you feel rather gross. Curtains or blinds needed throughout which would also assist with the heat, and privacy. TV teeters on an old wooden table, wouldn't take much to put on the wall or get a bigger table. Only 2 instant coffees for 4 day stay. Finally, there were trades working most of our stay and came in and out of apartments over the 2 days which was frustrating with a toddler. Car park is also very tight and on 2 occassions we were not able to use it as the roomkeepers had put their cleaning trollies in there. Fridge also appeared to not work for the first 12-24 hrs but cooled eventually, might need replacing. And lastly, the wifi modem is in the main bedroom right next to your head which isn't great for sleep. Not a moan as such, but room for improvement and would stay here again if there was a bit of effort put into tidying the apartment up. Staff were great :)

Although a little dated, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for our two night stay. The swimming pool is lovely. Extremely good value for money.

Wonderful stay. The staff even before arrival were considerate and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean. The location was excellent. And we enjoyed the facilities, the pool and tennis court. Everything I needed was in the room.

Went for a weekend with family & had a good time, room needs updating but was comfortable. There was games in the room.

Wifi was limited on the island. Room needs painting & curtains replacing.

Great spot in the middle of the way to the Point Lookout cafe/icecream area. You can definitely walk if you bring the right shoes and watch the time of day. Bus stops very close. Home Beach is across the road and up/down a bit. Close to bowls club for the weekend markets, the lovely cafe for breakfast/lunch and the Mexican Cantina for dinner (we never made it to the lookout this trip!) - which was an appreciated recommendation on check-in. Room was lovely and great to retreat back to in the heat of the day. Had everything we needed. We were a couple and enjoyed our stay and I can see how it could be fun too with kids. Next time might have to try the tennis court!

The gardens were beautiful and the whole atmosphere was just like staying with a old friend. The room was huge and beautifully updated with the times.

Our only negative was the stairs, but it did give us some good exercise.

Very clean and a great location. Pool and tennis court were great for kids. Well equiped kitchen. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Would have been nice to have some softer linen like a nice soft duvet. We only had a sheet and blanket on the beds.
