Lage für uns war perfekt, wir haben eine Kultjrveranstaltung in Reichenau besucht. Frühstück war gut.

Unser Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, , das Bad und Toilette ebenfalls. Da wir nur eine Nacbt verbracht haben, war das okay.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kitűnő. A berendezés kicsit régies - mi ebben a részében voltunk -, de tökéletesen tiszta. A reggeli és a vacsora minden igényt kielégít. A szauna kellemes kikapcsolódást nyújt. Külön köszönet a szálloda magyar dolgozóinak a kedves, segítőkész fogadtatásért.

Az étterem kerthelyiségéből nyitott ablaknál a zaj felhallatszik. A párna számunkra túl lapos volt.

Tágas apartman, tetőablakkal,csillagokat lehetett látni. Tiszta, jól felszerelt. Az ágy kissé puha volt. Szauna,spa remek volt. Szállásadók nagyon kedvesek. Kutyával mehettünk.

Minden tetszett, rendben volt. A reggeli gazdag volt, minden volt amit szeretek enni.

Staff was great

The customer service was very good as the front desk was very accomadating and friendly. Hotel restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. The location was very close to great hiking with plenty of literatue in the hotel about trails, excursions, etc.

The room was limited with only two electrical plugs.

We really like this hotel for his warm atmosphere. Tasty food in restaurant, nice sauna, close to the ski areals.

The hotel is easily accessible, right in the city centre with its own restaurant. The room was big enough for a family. Breakfast was excellent.

At the time of our arrival there was an event, maybe more, in the hotel (a wedding, a sseminar?), no one had time to check us in, they just handed us the keys, then the next day we were leaving and had to do and finish the procedure stressed (because the train was leaving soon). There was noise in the accommodation at night (because of the event), perhaps it was an exceptional circumstance. Still, we will try somewhere else next time.
