- rooms: everything you need to live (and survive +40°C outside in the summer) comfortably: bulletproof AC, a freezer (for ice-cream and beverages to help the AC :)), kettle for tea/coffee without leaving the room, reliable and high-bandwidth wifi for work, entertainment and whatever else you usually use the Internet
- service: hotel helps ordering a cab to/from the airport upon request and packs you up with a cafe-quality ham'n'cheese croissant for breakfast in case you leave early

The only thing I like is location. Breakfast was fine. Price is really good however this hotel has a lot of minuses.
Very small room. Trap in the shower doesn’t work properly. There are no slippers. A lot of dust. Smoking is allowed on stairs.

Thanks to all the staff : Anara, Daniel and... Altenaï (that's it ?) Really cool people, always ready to help! The rooms are nice and clean. The only negative things are that the hotel is a bit far from the city center and some water drops might fall on your head at the main door but hey, it's less than 20€ per night!

My stay in this hotel was excellent. The staff is very helpful and nice. Room was big enough for 1 person. Very comfy mattress and good breakfast in the morning. Hotel is only 10 mns walking from the Caspian Sea. This place is excellent for a short or long stay

The hotel is located 5min from seaside and restaurants, the neighborhood is pretty safe.
Bathroom towels have changed everyday and were clean. Staff was helpful
It reminded me a little old type hotels. No slippers, soap for dush and shampoos. They left shampoos in the pocket which is useless. Breakfast was okay, just they don't have open buffet, just 3 type of breakfast in which you should choose, I ate once and didn't liked, and then ate breakfast outside

Well the staf very helpful and kind with me , specialy Nara she is amazing girl she helped me alot about information of this town and she gave me all adresses i need but the most things she did for me she gave me 1500 kz from her pocket money because i hadan't chang money yet and i wanted to leave i realy apreciat this help thanks Nara .
I liked every thing in this hotel near the beach the breakfast was very good
