The guest house is in a prime location and near everything. The hosts were simply amazing and the check-in included an introduction to the town of Lagos that made our stay all the more memorable. Staying here is an experience in itself. We hope to make our way back to Lagos and Infante Guesthouse very soon.

View from the rooftop is unbeatable. There is a shared kitchen which is functional and convenient. The owner gave us a very thorough walk through and helped with parking. The information was very helpful. The location in the old town is close to tourist activities but tucked away in a quiet corner.

Marek & Isabel were the most incredible hosts. They made every part of our stay better and helped us book some amazing activities and restaurants we would never have found otherwise. The room was fantastic and the rooftop felt like our own retreat. Can’t wait to go back again!

As a female traveling alone, I felt really comfortable staying here. The hosts are really welcoming and helpful and the location is great. The view from the rooftop area was my favorite part!

Best are the hosts. I loved the location. Whatever comes up they take care of it right away. I developed a back ache from the traveling previous to this booking and needed a message asap. They got me a fantastic masseuse in no time. They have set up a home that they want to share with you. I was so sorry to leave. If you hate big cold hotels this is the place for you.

Maybe a larger room even though they are all well designed and thought out. Room 1 and 5 are the larger ones.

The owners are super welcoming, almost too communicative, and very helpful! They will sit you down and tell you a bunch of info when you first arrive, so be prepared to spend 30-40 min with Marek. The rooftop area is lovely and I think their system of buying wine and beer from them is genius. The location is also perfect! Right in town but you're also able to walk to the beach and trek along the cliff walk to see all the beaches. I didnt need to take a bus or a taxi at all when I was there. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE BED!! Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Better than my own bed!

Even though Marek showed me how to use the key (he knows it's tricky for visitors), I still struggled with it. I wish they would do digital locks like everyone else. Wish they would provide conditioner as a toiletry and the bathrooms could def use more surface space. Also, they should tell you up front that any charges incurred during your stay can only be paid in cash. I don't carry a lot of cash with me, and it's easy to use credit cards as a foreigner especially when going to multiple countries, so it came as a surprise to me that they didn't accept cards. I could see someone finding themselves in a major pickle if they didn't know this!

Infante guesthouse is so sweet and magical. It is a great place to more affordably stay while also feeling very comfortable and welcomed. You’re right in the heart of old town Lagos and walking distance to everything you’re heart could desire. The owners/hosts, Marek and Isabel, are completely fantastic and spent over an hour and a half sitting with us on the terrace (which has a gorgeous view of infante square and I practiced yoga there later in the afternoon) and giving us amazing hike, beach, life, bar, and restaurant recommendations. We did as much as we could of what they suggested and it was all so amazing that my partner (now fiancé!) even proposed to me on Doña Ana beach during our stay at Infante Guesthouse. Shoutout to Marek and Isabel to recommending going there, because Diego was waiting for the “perfect time” to propose and they helped create it! *When* you end up going to Infante guesthouse, see if you can find our memory sea shell in the bucket and say hello to Marek and Isabel for us! 💖 🏝💍

Great location right in the Old City and within walking distance of an endless amount of restaurants and bars. Marek and Isobel are great hosts making us very welcome and providing some great eating recommendations. The room is well equipped and the roof top terrace is a special place with great views

The location is very central and Friday night in Lagos is lively till the very early hours so sleep can be an issue . No problem on other nights

The owners are fantastically charismatic and welcoming, with a perfect town-centre location and a few minutes walk from great restaurants, cafés and beaches. The rooms were clean with good air conditioning and all the amenities needed for solo travel, with good WiFi as well. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling alone who doesn't want to stay in a hostel - guests are encouraged to mingle on the rooftop terrace, which has a wonderful atmosphere and great views of the beach, in case you're worried about being lonely.

I am 6'6" so the shower was a bit short for my height and the bed size meant my feet were against the wall when sleeping, but still slept fine and shower wasn't too much of a hassle. These are minor inconveniences that didn't negatively affect my experience, everything was still fit for purpose.

This lovely guesthouse is conveniently located in City Centro with lots of great restaurants, bars & shops next to it and the marina & the beaches are a walking distance.

Beautiful boutique hotel with the most amazing owners in the historic center of Lagos! Marek and Isabel have created a true oasis for their visitors! The rooms are comfortable and clean, their is an amazing rooftop area where you can relax that has beautiful views of the city and sea, and there is a nice shared kitchen. They are generous with their advice and follow up by sending you the locations via WhatsApp which is super helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

We loved our stay at Isabel and Marek's place! It was truly a home away from home! The house is charming with a superb terrace overlooking the sea, at the same time it's only a few steps from the city center, as well as the nearest beach. Isabel and Marek literally are the best hosts so far that we've ever had! They took great care of the guests, we enjoyed all the suggestions they gave, be it a hidden local (yummy fish) restaurant, or an activity. But above all, we loved the conversations we had with them, it literally felt like staying over at a good old friends' place! We'd definitely stay at their place next time we come back to dear Lagos! Thank you Isabel and Marek for making our stay an amazing experience!

The whole complex has a delightful decor, and the rooms are nothing less than remarkable in this sense. The location is central, with the best balcony in town that has a stunning view on Praca do Infante and Praia do Sao Roque on the other side of Bensafrim river. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bonus addition: the Honesty bar!

Not really a downside in my view but worth noting: it is possible to reach the rooms only by climbing at least one flight of stairs.

Window view, the room had just view on a roof, no city view. It was quite strange as we would expect better view in such location (we didn't expect see/water view). From the room you can see just a roof, nothing more, it is good to be prepared for it before you book it.

Great location. Great rooftop terrace/bar and great owners. Comfortable room with killer a/c. High quality wines available at their honor bar! Lagos is a fun town and you don’t need to drive once you get there. Try the grilled fish in the area. It’s great!

Marek and Isabel are truely the greatest hosts that i ever stayed with and i cant thank them enough for making my time in Lagos exceptional. From the moment of the booking on, the two assisted me via whatsapp to plan my trip (rental car, transportation, etc.). After arrival, i was welcomed warmheartedly with a drink in a local cafe and provided with endless tipps around the city and surrounding. While I had not made any plans, every morning, they provided me with great insider suggestions for my days which were all absolutely amazing. On top of that, in the evening, the guys took me out to some of their favorite places for food and drinks and we had great fun together. All in all, i felt so welcome during my time there, as if i had stayed with good old friends. Thus, I highly recommend this place to everybody who s looking for a very special experience and who wants to make the very most out of his stay in Lagos. THANK YOU Marek and Isabel!!!
