The location is great, the property is good with a pool view

Nice location, but the maps location is incorrect and takes us to a back side of the property, no proper kitchen facilities, just a refrigerator 😔, no oven no stove and no proper utensils, no iron, no washing machine

Outside room property was okay.

Staff was rude and cleanliness was not great. So many restrictions.

Be careful while booking in this property :- We had very bad experience while staying in this property, this was my second stay in the same apartment but in our first stay, we all had a very beautiful and memorable stay with my family. There was 1 call service facilities and very ambitious Rooms with balcony, but this time not even the reservation manager was there to accept our request for early checkin as we had little kids with us & litrally one of my child was sleeping near pool area almost for 1 hour but no response from reservation manager, no room service boy for luggage carrying to room, no restaurant services in room, no intercom etc. Even the one lady who attended us was very rude to talk & asked for fake review while Check out. It's my responsibility to give some true words for next coming guests in this property. This was my worst experience in this property.

Location of the property is close to market area and easily accessible to beach area of calangute

1. Property poorly maintained. 2. Main door lock broken. 3. Almirah doors broken 4. Choked wash basins. 5. No towels or toiletries provided. 6. Rude behaviour of the manager Mr. MAYUR ( At the time of check in at around 1am, when we pointed out the main door issue, Mr. Mayur told us it will remain like this and if you want you can take refund and search for different property. Even he was very rude to ladies also. 7. No regular cleaning or bottle of water provided unless we ask them. 8. Room door handle broken. 9. Cockroaches in the property. 10. Washroom exhaust not working.

1. The rooms are great for the price. We got a very nice apartment with a bedroom (two extra mattresses), one bathroom, one hall, kitchen and a balcony. It had AC, Wifi and Hot Water. 2. The housekeeping cleaned the whole apartment everyday. We were provided with fresh towels and bedding every alternate day. And soaps/shampoos according to requirement. 3. Our balcony was pool view and it was beautiful. The pool area was beautiful, it was vv green and it also had a bar. I'm not sure if the bar was functional but they played vv fun songs throughout the day. 4. The kitchen had optimum amount of utensils so that you could use them efficiently. There was also an induction top, microwave and a fridge. 5. Do make use of the food order facility of the hotel, the food is yummy and so so reasonably priced. I highly recommend schezwan fried rice, dum aloo, butter roti, watermelon juice, sweet lassi. Almost everything xD

Okay, I'll take these one by one. 1. Despite of being beautiful, the pool could have been cleaner. Since there were a lot of trees around, there were always some leaves and other fallouts in the pool. 2. I occassionally spotted some small cockroaches in the apartment, it's relatively normal since the place is surrounded by lush greenery, but it would be nice of they use HIT or something regularly. And don't open windows too much. 3. They charge for water everyday, after the first day. This is the first time I saw this happen in any of the hotels I've ever stayed in. 4. Make sure to match your flight landing time with the check in time, since they won't at all adjust the check in timings. We had to roam around for about 5 hours with our luggage and sleep deprived because we weren't allowed to check in early. It was a bad start to the trip honestly, but rest of the day made up for it.

I had the worst experience ever... The receptionist was very unofficial and the man who manage all this bookings, attend the call he is so arrogant. They are cooperative at all... They are not giving values to the customers they give priority only to money... I booked for the pool view but at the time of checkin they told us that you did not booked the pool view...Don't look at this hotel at all!!!!

Rooms were spacious for the budget & Pool was good and Clean. Mrs.Shruthi in the reception helped us through our stay.

1.There is nothing by this name:only 1 apartment building is considered as hotel. 2.There was no reception office for this. 3.No reveption staff was available 4. When called on given number that person arranged someone to check in 5. We were alloted some random apartment 6. Apartment was too smelly ,near refrigerator got gagging reflexes 7. No person available to attend any complaint or requests. 8. Local restaurants also know reputation of this apartment and feeling sorry for our family

Most pathetic experience with cockroaches and mosquitos. I have never seen such a filthy place in my lifetime in hospitality industry. The staff were abnoxiously rude and didn't help. The phone number given on booking. Com responded twice but after that stopped responding. One simple mosquito repellent was too much to ask.

I have clicked photos of cockroaches running around in all the rooms. The broken floor, the leaking Air conditioner and broken furnitures. We took a 2 bhk but slept in 1 room with family on 1 bed as we were too afraid to sleep in other rooms as cockroaches were running on the BED.

The pool, the ambience, the staff.

Too many mosquitoes and the wifi was working slower than mobile data.
