Big room
Toilets not clean and no toilet paper and pillow cases with marks on. Pillows need pillow protectors on that would help!

Hotel away from the centre of London. Access from the very center takes about 1 hour. There is a TFL station next to the hotel. No breakfast offer. Electric kettle in the room. Two shared bathrooms.

Helen the landlady was very accommodating and the staff polite and helpful. There are good frequent bus links and it's only a two minute walk to the station. Also the kids enjoyed the direct scenic ride into central London on the overground train.
Only two trains per hour into Waterloo station from Isleworth but that's not the hotels fault, other than that nothing really to complain about.
The only little disappointment was they had sold out of Staropramen which is my my favorite Czech beer.

Charged twice for the room I had 2 rooms booked I cudnt make it so cancelled one in the free cancellation time period payed for the other room with the card details that were left when my friend arrived they charged him again over the counter for the room ive messaged them and emailed them and no reply!!! i want my refund

The shower unit was none operable. Not working properly in many ways. I used the comm bathroom next door all the time.
No food except for The Thai. The local cafes were good and easy.

I've stayed at the Bridge Inn a few times even though I live locally. I've always been very happy with the rooms, the service and the staff etc., and is a nice friendly pub and with a very good Thai restaurant attached to it. Always suits my needs very well.

The staff were very friendly & really accommodating. I was travelling for work & was unable to check in until 4am, but they were fine with that & went well out of their way to make sure it was the easiest process at that time of day!
The room was nice, basic and clean - communal bathroom / toilet was also clean & I'd definitely stay again.

You get what are you paying for. Wifi was good and free.
The hallway was a little bit noisy. You heart all the talking.

The woman who does the morning shift has a disgusting attitude and tried accusing me of smoking in the room because she didn’t like me and wouldn’t let me extend the stay. Absolutely disgusting customer service

The door kept on rattling all night until I worked out to use the door stop to wedge it closed.
