The view and location

Heat system was almost off. When I asked for increase the temperature people at the hotel was not capable to manage the heat system

The whole millieu was friendly and welcoming. Interieur was beautifully furnished, amazing view from the room, friendly and helpful staff, as well as yummy breakfast. Cannot say anything bad, amazing place!

room with a nice view

I was expecting to share the lounge area and the bonfire as shown, they didn't want to turn it on or something like that, but in part, we booked the place expecting that. Also, the pisco sour is the worst in the country. Artificial, not even natural lemons (sorry, but a bad promotion).

Shower wasn't hot enough and breakfast could have included some low fat cheeses and vegetables

Enrique the host is lovely, our room was nice, really clean and for once in Chile a decent shower

The cabans are right on the main road leading from Puerto Varras to the national park so its very busy and a little noisy. Also hard to find the place, I suggested to Enrique he needs a sign. Also we didnt have curtains at the windows and roof window so were woken up early due to light and traffic noise

The style of the interior design is lovely and the room is beautifully decorated and all very nice. I was in the main building not in the cottages which are a bit further up the hill.

Unfortunately my room was right near the main road and I thought it would be quiet after 10pm, but to my utter surprise the traffic went on all night and I had to use earplugs in the end. great shame! The views though from the room are lovely to the sea ( but road inbetween). Also slightly disappointed as there was nowhere any beach access. all private land. So if you think you go for a beach run or swim, you will have to go somewhere else. the owner is lovely and speaks good English. the rest of staff you have to use your Spanglish to communicate. Breakfast I felt could have seen a bit more in terms of proper fruit juice and some cakes or just little other things. It was the usual cheese and ham, cooked scrambled eggs and sausages and the usual toast bread. A tiny portion of fruit salad and joghurt. So overall ok but not special. Anyway, definitely can recommend but best to stay in the cottages as they should be more quiet from the road. They also offer dinner which is nice!

Great place if you plan to work, has a desk in a room and great shared spaces where you can get some work done on your laptop. The staff was super friendly.

Vista al mar

Very friendly and welcoming staffmembers all around, excellent view and service. Very clean and beautiful view from the rooms and from the dining room where breakfast is served.
