Everything was really great! We loved everything 😀 The apartament was better than on the pictures. The best hosts, 4 bathrooms, 3 tarraces, private swimmingpool and beach😍 and grill 😍We reco mmend Villa Drinka !!

Superb location, right next to beautiful and calm waters of Gradina bay. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 4 bathrooms, full euqipment of kitchen, several terraces and outdoor barbecue plus swimming pool well serving need of bigger family.

Localization is main advantage of this place. Pool (with salty water form the sea!) and one step to beach makes this apartment very comfortable. View from the terraces was amazing (we've stayed in the biggest apartment). Apartment in general, bed linings and towels were clean. No problems with parking. Each apartment has it own space to grill (wood grill or gas grill) with seats and table. Garden and surroundings of property is very nice - palm trees, herbs and flowers. Host arranged for us some fresh fish from market and helped manage with them on the grill.

Unfortunately apartment is poorly equipped - small amount of plates, glasses and cutlery. No dish washer. We had to buy a lot of things - salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, dish soap, hand soap, detergents, etc. That was unusual for us, as this was our 4th stay in Croatia in private apartments, this was the first one so poorly equipped. Apartment isn't cheap, so we've expected different standard. Hosts were nice but we had to ask them for EVERYTHING EVERYDAY: to put the lights in the pool by night (we're there with kids, didn't want to accident happen), to put the pump on in the pool (after two days of using water in the pool was milky from dirt and sun oils), to fix the wifi (it wasn't working at first), to clean the pool area (or show us how and with what do that), to put on the shower near the pool (it was turned off for few days). Apartments and pool area needs a refresh (umbrellas not working, air conditioning was broken, etc) - small repairs, which makes stay much more comfortable. Apartments have no soul, there's no things that makes place cozy and warm, everything was rather cold and heartless. Lack of host with heart is very visible, the potential of this place is wasted. Maybe that's just because of this strange times we live in, I hope hosts will find some strength and money to use full potential of this place.

Property location was beautiful. The apt was spacious. Perfect for family.

The boiler for the hot water didn’t work properly. The water was lukewarm at best. My child was too cold to take a shower, the adults could get by but it was not comfortable. As a property owner myself I understand these types of things sometimes happen but the response from the owner is what triggered me the most. She said her caretaker assured her there was cold water. Not once but twice. If your guest is telling you their kids can’t take showers you need to find a better way to respond.
