Przyjemny mały pokoik do tego dobre śniadania i możliwość pożyczenia od Pani rowerów

Brak Wi-Fi w pokoju i wspólna łazienka mimo, że miała być prywatna. Gospodarz mówi tylko po włosku. Nie zna angielskiego i ciężko było się porozumieć. Pomógł translator w tel :)

Its a nice B&B. The room was big, comofrtable an clean. So was the shared bathroom. And breakfast was great.

Communication. I would give it 9 stars if not for communication issues. First they advertise the use of bicycles and we marked it both during the reservation process and in our message to the property that we would like to use them, but unfortunately they never replied. And there were no bikes at the property when we arrived. They did send a few (automated?) messages about the house rules and need to fill in some data in order to get the code for the appartment, but never replied to our request for bikes. We filled all necessary data after first message, but got another identical message just before our arrival. And they never sent a code to enter the appartment, only after we called the number on booking they shared it with us even though the person responding to our call didnt speak english. A shame as the property/room is nice and breakfast was good. But without bikes its a 1h walk to the Sirmione Castle.

The garden is wonderful and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Everything is clean and we met really friendly people.

It is really sharp-eyed and on 1 morning they prepared the roof and so it was very noisy but it was necessary after the storm.

I hated the fact the bathroom was shared. The color choices in rooms are terrible. The owner does not speak a word of english

The absolutely best host you can imagine! Helped us so so much! I can’t recommend this place enough! We were so happy!

The bedroom was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The host was friendly. Parking was easy and free. There was a fridge in the room and a shared kitchen.

I don't like to leave unfavourable comments but unfortunately the bathroom (we booked room with private bathroom) was really not up to standard. The bath was in a real state of disrepair with the plastic coating having completely peeled off the bottom and been covered up with a bathmat which felt slimy. The shower was over the bath so there was no choice but to use it if you wanted to shower. It had obviously been painted in places to try to cover up the damage. The previous occupants used soap was still in the dish. Communication over check in time was comical. 2:30pm on Booking, 4pm on the initially host message, 2pm on checking with the host and 3pm on their online check in system. The room was not ready at 2pm which was unfortunate as we had an event to attend.

There was a perfectly working air conditioner, the breakfast area is really cute, as all the garden, which looks like a botanical garden. The property is in a very quiet area. There are hammocks that you can use. You can make really dark in the room, just a little light comes in in the morning.

There were nothing that we didn't like, only a small inconvenience that the owner doesn't speak english, but very helping anyway, and google translator solves the problem. Be aware that on foot it is a bit far from the center but still walkable.
