Perfect location, ideal for small family or couples with a pet (although it wasn’t fenced but didn’t matter as we took our dog to the beach every day).

The proximity to the beach was great
The property is very close to being unrentable
The mould in the ceiling is completely unhealthy and the cleanliness was terrible.
We left 4 days early dur to breathing problems.
The gardens need some well needed attention.

location was good nice and close to the estuary enjoyed sitting on the deck
this was a 5 night stay i thought it was very short on supplies ; no salt and pepper no oil to cook breakfast no small milk in the fridge for a first cuppa no bin liners or glad wrap (these are all thing s that have been in house stays) metal shower caddy was rusty and marked my face washer pizza tray was old and rusty no toilet brush or cleaner no small dustpan and brush there thing are needed to keep the place tidy

The location is absolutely perfect. The view is beautiful and whilst the accommodation is basic it has everything you need.
It was quite hot when we were there so we were very happy with the airco and mesh on all the windows.
Our dog loved the adjacent beach and had a swim there everyday.
It would have been great if part of the garden was fenced of so the dog could wander around outside a bit.
The drive way was quite tricky to back out of especially at night, we got the hang of it after a few times

Location is ideal - close to beach, boat ramp, parks, walking, cafe/bar/restaurant. Bed was clean and comfortable. Facilities were adequate and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is so good that you are able to overlook the general dilapidation of the property.
Lack of Maintenance, general cleanliness. The property is in perfect location with beautiful ocean view somewhat obscured by overgrown scrubby trees. Property maintenance is extremely poor. As well as the bigger issues like rotten floor boards, missing guttering, hanging and exposed electric wiring etc, small things need attention like remote control not working because it contained corroded batteries etc etc.

Quaint, great view, old beach house feel
Access. Even experienced drivers will.find it difficult. We had to call tow truck to tow our 4wd after our vehicle's tyres ran over the edge.

Location was perfect. Nice and peaceful. Perfect for two people, everything you needed there. Don't forget the midgie spray though.

Location was amazing. Beach shack was basic but good for a couple.
Too much furniture in a small space. Wasn't particularly clean. Dirty face washer left behind bathroom door and vacuuming was not good. No matches or lighter for the gas stove on the first night. Communication with the holiday rental company was very poor. There were no instructions on how to access the driveway and parking rea.

Location convenience
Toilet buttons getting stuck when flushing, TV kept cutting out(not sure if an issue with antenna - needs checking), no screen doors, gas lighter for stove didn't work, over grown vegetation blocking the view and bring mosquito's.

too many beds in the bedroom lounge area maybe bunk beds would be an idea.

The view and outside shower
The ground were not kept well grass was on the long side and nearly stepped on a Goanna. Track down to road needed mow to retrieve rubbish bins

We loved our stay at the little shack. The location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful view it had everything we needed. It’s not luxury so don’t book this if you like everything to be perfect but this was perfect for us! The local pub/eatery is a very short walk, paddle board hire is right out the front and kayak hire is just a stroll away.
The only thing that bothered us was the proximity of the toilet and shower to the living sleeping area (it’s all in the one room) a seperate bathroom would be preferred.

Best View in town!!! The whole place was great - exactly what we expected.
The Down sided where:
The main bed was very uncomfortable and the Smoke Alarm going off every night was a bit of a shock to the system...
But all in all it was a very awesome time away from home - a lot of our friends are interested as it allows pets. We will recommend for sure. Thank you!!

The kitchen utensils are cracked and not hygienic , we ended up buying a new pan to cook in.
The couch is very small for 2 people to sit comfortably . These are all just minor things we really enjoyed our stay

Location. Size. Pet area. Bathroom/ shower good.
Dust. The property appeared very clean however it was very dusty and caused us both to have allergic reactions. There was about an inch of dust under the beds that had not been moved or cleaned for some time. Could be dust mites or dander from other people's pets. We paid an extra fee to clean up after our clean dog, a non shedding poodle but there was not been adaquate cleaning prior to our stay.
