The property was magnificent, clean, simple decor, everything you will need for a short stay, right in the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores. The staff went above and beyond to assist with our inquiries.

There was a misunderstanding involving the products in the minibar, we were informed we had some snacks and beverages, that we could purchase and the menu had all the information. We didn’t touch the products as we were outside most of the day. When we checked out it seemed that according to the desk person (never saw them before, the woman who welcomed us and assisted us during our stay wasn’t present at this time) a Coke was missing, which we never touched but nevertheless it was uncomfortable to go through this…

Very very noisy. You can't sleep. Also, when we did our check out, the staff said we need to pay 60,000 cop for the things we took from the minibar, although we didn't touch anything of it.

Not recommended to go with kids. You can hear all neighbours as if they were standing in your room. Might be ok if you only go for clubbing.

After that we got to the room and the mirror was broken. We tell to the man in the reception and he gave us new mirror but he said that we need to push harder the door and handle it be ourself . My friend get in to the shower and suddenly all the room was water , all our stuff was wet all the room is wet .We going again to the reception to tell them about the problem we got , all the room is wet all our stuff we can’t shower, and then he talk with someone and then told us that they have another room but , we need to pay extra money to get another room. nobody was coming to the room to check what happened what the damage is this , the only things that he gave me was mop and bucket , no service cleaning nothing! and from then we waiting for answers

There was a lot of noise from next building, also you can hear people talking from other rooms, the bathroom was too small, the doors of the room are not very secure.

the trashcan was not clean for the people that previously stayed there a day ago. They consumed some chips already and left the empty can there. The air conditioner wasn’t working as well. The sheets were also not clean. they didn’t had the right keys of the room so when we got there to travel for our flight, those keys didn’t work.

There was AC. It was cheap, we needed a place to crash before our early flight...

It's really loud as it's on a very busy party street. Noise continued until 4am! It was a Friday night of a long weekend but still. Also no elevator so climb the stairs with your luggage. Bathroom was very tiny!!!!! Need better bed covers, too thin.

Incredible location in Poblado, 1 minute away from the party streets. Very safe and very close to fast food restaurants such as Dominos or KFC, convenience stores, ATMs. The small hotel does fit the 3 star rating but needs some improvement. Nevertheless, cost wise, incredible option taking into consideration the location.

No scooter parking in front. You can park at the other Soy Local hotel 5 minutes walk away.

The location and overall the room facilities are really good and modern.

The room had no windows as well as the bathroom, specially bad with the size of the bathroom, you could barely move, even the trash can was almost inside the shower. So humidity and smells were always inside the bedroom. The smell got pretty bad at the end, room service is charged by day. Other thing I did not know is the taxes were charge separately even though the reservation said included, they claimed they though I was foreign and not colombian (Colombian citizens must pay taxes). I am Colombian but not resident so I was unclear about that.

the charged me 30$ more than it was in my reservation. I was in a rush when I pay and didn’t pay attention to what I was paying. the property said it was for room service and I didn’t eat anything from the bar🤦🏽‍♀️

Staff was friendly

There was roaches in my room and the room was very dark need more light, couldn't shave. No electrical outlets by the bed only across the room. Hot plate or cooking plate low power took for ever to boil water.

The location, the staff, so easy to book, so clean place, well equipped

All is good, just the property was kind of small specially the bathroom, no iron on place (need to ask for one) no good quiet and you can hear so many from outside, but so far really good value

hard to get any sleep because - very noisy neighbour hood with pubs blaring music all night. - zero sound insulation means you can hear anyone walking on stairs, kids crying and what not and - poorly ventilated, with no window (only duct) - depressing lighting (very dim and gloomy) - very congested bath area - no Wi-fi ( was asked to use the wifi from cafe below!!) - TV no channels available
