This was a small apartment which comprised one room and a bathroom. There was everything that you could need in this one room with a king sized bed, near to which was a couch, a comfortable chair and TV. At the end was a small, serviceable kitchen which had most amenities and a small balcony which was enough to to let in some outside air and accommodated the washing machine. The bathroom was a little unusual and oddly configured but contained the WC, bidet, shower and sink. There was plenty of room for toiletries of which you must bring all your own. The location was great especially for the Festa dei Ceri and we would surely stay there again.

Although the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, etc. the only spice available for cooking was salt. You would need to buy everything you needed to cook with including olive oil and other spices. That wasn’t a problem for us because we did not cook at all but heated up water on the stove. A bollitore (electric hot water pot) would have been nice or a microwave but the stove worked well. This is a great place from which to explore Gubbio and its very wonderful people and restaurants. The bar across the street is very local with extremely friendly folks.
