Everything was excellent except for the keycards. They didn’t work and we had to change them a few times ( and it’s a 10 min walk to the reception and back).

Friendly staff, great selection of food, lovely poolside area and excellent location for peace and quiet / relaxing - but close to water-sports too.

The coffee machines didn’t produce quality coffee, only very basic.

I can’t name a single thing about the location. The guests next to my room made some noise arguing late at night and the woke up with them crying all morning…pfff, crazy people!

Our room was fantastic. Comfortable, bright and clean. With fantastic view to the ocean. Terrace was perfect to rest and relax. The kitchen was exeptionall as well, with lot of healthy food. All staff members were excelent. They did their best everytime we asked for something. They made a call to rentacar in our name, etc. And they are available 24 hours.

When you have an exceptional staff and service, then you forget on little deficiency. For example, we missed bathrobes in bathroom, coffe machine and water in the room (but you can buy water in the store nearby), towels in the gym...

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean, the breakfast buffet is fantastic and there is an all-around feel-good atmosphere.

I liked everything. A very minor observation - it would be great if there were tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.

i have researched the place and the area before picking it, and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations, I highly reccomend it, quite beautiful place that is disgned for relaxation, the vistas are out of this world

The food was great! Love the rooms and the view of the infinity pool was really amazing. It’s a great hotel to just chill and read some books. The quality of the food was great even though it was a buffet. The vibes of the hotel is super nice as well.

The room service wasn’t the best.

The front of house amenities were all very well designed such as the; reception area, the bar/terrace, the indoor dining area and the pool. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. There were always sun lounges available throughout the day despite limited numbers. The area we were based was phenomenal which has nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff were very unprofessional. We encountered a number of issues and simply wanted resolutions but staff appeared to be taking those personally instead of dealing with those issues in a professional manner. Talking about the customer in front of them (at check in) in Spanish is not courteous or professional and giving out misinformation is also a let down - everything is on the TV apparently! This ruined our experience and not the best way to make customers feel welcome at check in. Lack of staff at arguably one of the busiest period of the year (NY) made for a glum experience. Most staff in the dining area were run off their feet, often unable to seat people in good time resulting in long queues/wait. The 1 nice member of staff (H) worked to serve everyone in the bar from opening till close. The rest of the hotel (back of house) is tired and in need of restoration. Parts of the room were not very clean or well maintained. The 'outdoor' dining area feels like a large covered patio, not exactly what is shown on the glossy advertising photos, is not the most appealing. We wanted a relaxed stay and the only saving grace was the area we were based in, nothing to do with the hotel.

Great hotel for a chillout and disconnect from reality. We stayed in building 4, where we had an amazing view of the ocean from the terrace. Tasty and varied food. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, a special salute to the lovely gentleman from the Ginger bar :).

Coffe machine with beans (better coffe than in the main hall) is a little bit hidden, maybe some sign or explanation would be necessary.

We had one of our most memorable stays in this beautiful boutique-hotel. Our beautifully designed huge room with sea view was very very clean and it exceeded really our expectations. ALL the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed talking and having fun with each one of them. THE QUALITY FOOD! Breakfast buffet was HUGE and VERSATILE. I cannot talk enough of the dinner buffet! The choice is HUGE. At Innside Melina you can just think of and expect HIGH QUALUTY FOOD prepared, cooked and grilled on and on and on. The location is perfect and very quiet. You reach the HUGE, VERY CLEAN beach in a few steps where you can enjoy the sun, swim or do some kite or wind surfing. The beach is also very quiet and not busy. So if you are looking for some privacy and discretion, then you are in the right place! We enjoyed very much every single hour of our stay in this wonderful hotel and we already missed Fuerteventura. As I told you, we will come back soon 😉!
