Great staff, able to park my bike in the room. The cafeteria downstairs had good, basic comfort food and cold beer.

The AC didn't work, but I didn't complain so I don't know if they would have fixed it. The location is far from the small city's center.

Pet friendly, no extra payment because of cat. Nice location. Very tasty dinner. Everything needed was in the room. Clean and big room.

There was not refrigerator in the room, even a small one. Wi fi was not good I had to share Internet on mobile.

They didn’t have the room we booked available - they had given it to someone else. For 3 people - They had only 2 pillows one on a double and one on a single. 2 hand towels. No bath towels. The staff left at 8pm just after we arrived and we couldn’t get anything sorted. The next day they provided us 2 bath towels (and suggested I use one as a pillow). The food in the diner below was awful. We asked for 3 soups, 2 salads and 1 salad with a cutlet. We got 3 soups and 3 cutlets with mash and grated carrots And we’re charged £22.90 despite telling them we didn’t order them. They said we had to pay as they had prepared it now. There were only 2 sachets 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo (single use size). They supplied a kettle, 2 milk pods loads of sugar, but no coffee or tea. The WiFi did not work, when we tried to address this they just shrugged and walked off. The whole place smelt faintly of sewage pipe gassing. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Good location at the main road, big room, kettle and selection of teas and mineral water in the room. Restaurant and shop downstairs big advantage. The portions of food they served in the restaurant were big.

Reception in the bar area so I had to wait long to be checked in. The lock on the door of my room was broken so I was given another room. I wasn t given a receipt for the money I paid for the room. I was told to call the boss. The iron I was given leaked and when I used steam to iron my shirt a lot of limescale came out and stained the shirt.
