The bed and room was clean and comfortable quiet and it was great that check out was at 12 meaning we could sleep in after an early morning arrival at 4. check in is 24 hours which is important for us due to the time we arrived

Ten times better hotel than one would expect in these places. Spacious room, very good bathroom (pleasantly hot shower, smelling fluffy towels, shampoos ...), large window, giant bed, good wifi. High level restaurant. The whole hotel looks very new and super clean.

Great location and great breakfast.

Cleaning lady moved my all of things around and lost my meds.

- The staff is very nice and they are focused on making guests feel satisfied. They are willing to make an extra effort to meet some special wishes. - the building and facilities are new, well made, and working well. - it is very clean - due to the continuous effort of the cleaning team. - nice garden - I hope they will expand it and maybe make some sitting corners

- English is listed on Booking.com as one of the spoken languages, but it is not true. I chose this hotel based on this info, because I do not speak Portuguese. On the positive side, all the reception staff went out of their way to communicate with me, and it was at the end successful. And I got to appreciate Google Translate. - I booked a room with "garden view" but there was no view at all! The windows had to be covered completely, otherwise I would look into someones else's room. This is the hotel construction. Again, on the positive side: I asked at reception to get a room with garden view (they do have several) and I did get one. But when the hotel is full and it is not possible to change, and you go there expecting a garden view, it can be quite disappointing.
