The reception staff were amazing particularly Mauricio could not do enough for us. They organised a couple of trips for us despite the language barrier and lack of Spanish room was good, bed comfortable and shower efficient, location yards from town fabulous value for money recommended

Near town center. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. Breakfast OK.

The room has no water, blow dryer, glasses or anything besides the beds and the tv. The front desk guy was rude to us when we arrived. Awful guy with poor people skills. They do advertise there is no parking but they indicate that there is plenty space in front, which is not true. If you have a car you need to “request parking space” according to this guy. In overall.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful with all our questions, planning trips, making recommendations and organizing early breakfasts or transportation for us. The room was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The house and garden is beautiful and right next to the main plaza so everything is reachable very easily.

It was a little cold in the room as we traveled during the rain season so we put an extra layer at night. However, this was due to the typical style of the house (super beautiful) so it would have been the same anywhere else and absolutely worth it.

Nice boutique setting with very nice staffs around. They would take your personal order for the breakfast. So the the breakfast alone is worth the price you paid for the stay (including the breakfast)! The building is on the old side but the room are very clean because they clean them every day! (Nowadays hotels are not cleaning everyday by using excuse of covid and such.) I don't mind the furniture are old or the building seems old. They actually look nice! At least the beds are very comfortable. I think it exceeds the value I paid for it.

No heaters. However, I can assure that you do not need one. You do not always need American air-conditioning (i.e. 75 deg for winter and 69 deg for summer.) The temperature there is perfect for good night sleep!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly at all times, especially Mauricio who gave us many suggestions on what to do in town. Breakfast was great too.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The bed was so incredibly comfy, and the staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel location is perfect, just one block off the square, great for catching the Willys to Cocora Valley. We’ll come back to Hotel Salento Plaza in a heartbeat.

I honestly liked everything. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place! Location is perfect, breakfast was very lekkerding and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the additional charge for laundry is very affordable.
