Location in Salento, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast, good service
Nothing!
4.5
We loved the friendliness of the staff, the location and the amenities (warm jacuzzi and fireplace).
The bed was kinda small for two people. Also, be aware that in the weekends there is a club in the same street that will make a lot of noise so bring earplugs!

excellent breakfast. nice jacuzzi

We stayed in the bungalow, which was amazing. In fact a duplex, with a downstairs kitchen, covered but open dining room table and private hot tub. Really special, particularly after a day of hiking. The staff were super kind, and helped with some washing. Our stay was one do the best bits of Salento!
Some of the electrics are not particularly tidy (wires sticking out), but should not stop you booking.

the room was very big and beatiful. we also loved the jaccuzi.
In the 4 days we were there our room was not cleaned once and we didnt get any clean towels. Also there were a lot of moments where there wasnt any staff so we couldnt ask them for breakfast for example
4.5
Everything! From the room to the breakfast to the jacuzzi, you must stay here if you visit Salento.
The only disappointing thing was the wifi wasn’t working on our last day here which made it difficult for us to plan our next travel day.

the hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. the breakfast was awesome.
Unfortunately the bedroom was facing the street and the very loud outside noises (drunk people, music, loud cars and motorcycles) every single night didn’t allow us to rest properly.
4.5
- staff was super helpful (arranged a transfer for us) and kind enough to alert us of the works that a property close by is undergoing. we heard nothing during the night
- it’a very close to salento’s main square but not so close as to hear noise from the streets
- we could not use the jacuzzi but it looked nice
- al wooden furniture was amazing and art pieces hanging from walls were unexpectedly not cheeky

Hot tub, steam room, friendly staff, breakfast
Everything was perfect

The Casa looks really fresh and well maintained. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. We really liked the breakfast
We stayed with a family of 4 in the standard double room and it just gives you enough space. During night time the room is quite noisy.

We loved the spa tub and breakfast area. We also loved the 2
Miniature pincher dogs. One night we built a fire and laid in the hammocks.
The bathroom was so small and our toilet wasn’t flushing but they came and fixed it right away.
Also understand that the rooms are on the street so there is a ton of noise. We used an app on the phone to drown out the sound.

This place offers a comfortable yet relatively affordable stay during our visit to Salento. An excellent option if you are looking beyond hostels but don't need to be pampered. Location is also great -- a short walk from the main drag, bus terminal, the town square and the lookout. They've got a nice small outdoor jacuzzi as well as an outdoor fireplace which was splendid during the damp cold mountain nights. Room and washroom were clean and well maintained; bed was comfy. Very friendly staff also with excellent service -- laundry included.
The outdoor jacuzzi could be a lot warmer. We do wish to know that laundry service ends after 6pm before our last day of stay, but the staff went out of their way to get the laundry cleaned and folded for us by early morning before our departure -- so props to the staff there.

it was cold at night in the room and it is very simple

It was clean and staff are nice and friendly.
Very difficult to sleep because of all the noise around the hotel. There's a bar just opposite the hotel blasting music until 3am.

We appreciated the style, spaciousness, and bath of the room. The staff were great and staying there was fun.
It can be a bit noisy with the street noise.

I’m so sorry to say this; but this was maybe the worst hotel experience I had in some time.
The hotel is a traditional casa, looked beautifully maintained, is clean, and has a nice jacuzzi in the courtyard. The ladies who, indeed speak only Spanish but we managed with google translate, were very kind.
Okay, so, once I booked I got a disclaimer; “please note Salento is a very noisy town on the weekends.” Well, we stayed in Mexico City right above a bar, we live in a big city, I can manage noise. However, the room we got was right on the street, with only wooden shutters between us and said street. You could literally hear people breath. I was not bothered by music or anything, just by the fact that I felt like I was sleeping in a public area. Did not sleep at all. Second night was even worse; we booked another room in another hotel on 8pm and packed our toiletries and went, and left our luggage behind. It was that bad.
Breakfast was not in the hotel, but two places down (very simple eggs) and the kitchen in the hotel was closed off.
Even if I would discard the noise/street problem; the value for money is totally lost. We stayed for less in a far better hotel right down the street the two night before.

Nice place. Warm and friendly.
No inservices like food or catering other than just the accomodations . There is no parking lot. Only street parking. Only jacuzzi.

The location was great! Away from busy streets. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Charming historical building and we loved the hot tub after a long hike! The QS bed was very comfortable.
Water was not hot for a shower.

Like the environment
Overall the hotel was good but we had a simple issue where we forget one of our things. The staff has found it and mentioned to come over to get it. Litererally we went there 3 times and rang the bell, no one has attended us and these are at normal business hours! So, basically, I'm saying if you ferget something, good luck trying to get it back!

Its a nice Casa in Salento.
Salento is really small so every accomodation is near the main square.
The included breakfast was served in the restaurant next to the Casa and was in form of a small buffet.
The accomodation also had a heated Jacuzzi which was really nice. The room was small but fully furnished and clean.
4.6
Nice pool, beautiful house, clean rooms, good beds, helpful owner
We had a very pleasant stay
Would be nice if they would offer small food, drinks, coffee, since there is a kitchen and staff in the hotel
