A well located, quiet, clean and comfortable venue. Reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was lovely.

Conveniently located in Toowoomba with a very good on-site restaurant with a wide variety of meals and drinks. Loved the inclusion of an espresso maker in the room. Reception and restaurant staff are excellent.

Convenient to the city centre, we were able to leave our car and walk. The room was very quiet and warm, we had no need to use the heater.

Lovely surprise and everything seemed new and room v.clean and fresh and a nice size. Parking easy under unit, city centre 2km away.
Breakfast was expensive as were the servings, reduce price and reduce size of serving.

Friendly staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet. Excellent location, close to the centre of town.
The room smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, but it was fine after a while.

Bed was comfy, rooms were reasonably spacious. Ample parking.
Restaurant was closed at the time of visit, but shops and cafe weren't too far away at all.

Excellence from start to end. The staff are very welcoming. The room was spacious and spotless. The food in the restaurant was very affordable and of a very high standard. As a person who travels frequently, I would say without hesitation that this is a place to keep in mind.
