The appartment was really clean, has everything you need, the location is great, highly reccomend!

The apartment is very close to the piazza Maggiore (around 500 metres - 5 minuts walking), is very cosy and the host is very nice (provide us a prosseco welcome drink). Truly recommend the apartment.

The place was clean, the beds very confortable, exactly in the heart of Bologna, Mrs. Maria explain us everything, many restaurant and shoping places around. In one word, everything was perfect

The apartment is situated in the center of Bologna in a perfect side near good restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the central square. The hostes in very kind and service minded, the apartment is clean and very new, and its has a view over a typical Italian side street. The area is very safe and calm. A perfect stay for either a couple or work collegues.

great location. proprietor very responsive but unable to find solution to air conditioning or offer remediation
air conditioning inadequate for the space. a portable unit at one end of the apartment with no temperature control. too cold at location of unit and too hot at opposite end of long narrow apartment where bedrooms is combined with low ceilings

would’ve been nice to have blackout blinds as it was quite bright at night from the streetlights

Very comfortable and modern and very close to the main attractions of Bologna. Good restaurants round the corner on via Manzoni

New, well-equipped, modern apartments in 5 minutes walk to the Neptune Fountain, but quiet street, very comfortable beds. Supermarket Coop and Garage on the next street (25 euros per day). Modern and efficient heating system (a rarity for apartments). The apartments are not very large - but very convenient for 3 people.

from the photos it looks really bigger.
It's in the restricted area for the car, so if you are by car you need to put the car in a garage (at least 25€ a day)

Superb location in old City, walking distance to all the best sites and restaurants. One floor above ground, with elevator. Safe! Incredible comfort for beds and living room, ample shower, heat and AC, good kitchen for cooking. WASHING MACHINE! Available, responsive, and personable staff. Great stay for Bologna.
