Hosts were nice and approachable.

Parking was far away from the property and in had huge incline.

Apartment is located close to the beach and the city center. Quiet location, yet close to everything. Hospitable and friendly host,amazing view from the balcony. In general we had great stay

We had a really nice stay. House is located in a peaceful place. Even though stairs lead from the beach to the house, it is only a 2 min walking distance. Center of Brela is close by. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were kind, always there if you need anything. Parking close to the house.

Worst shower I've ever experienced.

Clean room with balcony. It was a small room but ok for one night transfer. Also equipped with A/C. Fridge and water heater.

Access is a bit difficult. I needed guidance from owner to get to the apartment. Part of the road is gravel an very step.

There is nothing good to say about this place.

This property did not meet our expectations at all, the listing is inaccurate and incorrect. First of all, it is not a two bedroom apartment like the listing sais. Our accommodation included one studio and 1 bdr which were not connected, they are a part of a large apartment which consists of several rooms. We had to share entrance and hall with another family. We were visiting with three small kids and sharing space with another family was very strange. But the worst thing about this apartment is the location, it located on the hill and unpaved road leads to it. For pedestrians, 200+ stairs will take you down to marina and beach. We had small kids and a stroller and super hard time getting around. This was our worst experience ever on Booking.com and our biggest mistake. The main reason why we choose the place was- it looked like 2bdr apartment which it is not. When we arrived, we complained to the hosts, but they said that they just work for the owner. I asked them to call the owner and they said that they can not, he was on a business trip! At some point we wanted to leave and look for another apartment, even if we lost the money (it was prepaid), but then decided to stay because it was already late. Do not go to this place, ever!!!

1. First of all and probably our main problem (causing a lot of stress) was the parking place. You needed to go down with you car under 45 angle with some really tight and edgy corners, so if your car is low - that parking place might cost you a lot. 2. Usually I have calls in the morning (job related), so I need to be online. Wi Fi was so bad, that few times I was forced to use roaming, to actually attend the call. 3. Staff or people living at the house (not the owner) didn’t know english. So it was impossible to communicate and ask for basic things. 4. Worst nightmare after the parking! One day it was raining, so we stayed in a restaurant a bit late. When we came home we saw a lot of huge COCKROACHES on the main stairs! When we opened the door to appartment we saw few smaller ones in the sink and few on the balcony. We are now home and I just really hope that there’s nothing in our suitcase (in any case all clothes will be washed 3 times) 5. A lot of smaller things, that I didn’t want to mention, but then we saw cockroaches, so... sink in the bathroom was clogged. You needed to wait 5mins to wash your face after someone else. For the whole week that we stayed there - we got fresh towels only 2 times. Same with the toilet paper - everytime we needed to go and ask for it. Again, showing weird things, cause no one understands english. A lot of people mentioned stairs, but it was ok. If you don’t have any health issues, this will not be a problem for you. Even in the opposite, this might be a small cardio workout :) and in general the location was nice + with a good view. If it wasn’t for the parking and cockroaches - I’d skip the rest of the comments
