La maison est très chaleureuse et confortable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La proximité de la gare, du port, des quartiers intra-muros et de la plage du sillon permettent de découvrir la ville à pied facilement.

Lovely house, very attractively and well decorated, clean and generously equipped with all you could need. The outside space is delightful, perfect for evening coffee or an evening drink. Sabrina was really responsive and helpful and the location sits between St Malo’s main areas of interest with access to all by a 10 minute walk or short bus ride from the gare routiere, which is 5 minutes from the house.

This place is just stunning. We've never expierienced such a well equipped appartment before. There was everything in the 3 level apparment-house a traveller can dream of. The house is more than clean, from the roof to the down levels equipped with love an style and has a perfect relaxation area including internet-TV. Free parking in front of the house on the street. Supermarket and boulangerie within walkable distance and within a walk of 10-15 minutes you can reach either the beach of Saint Malo or the old town. A perfect place for a stay with family and/or friends.

The agent meet us at the property and enthusiastically showed us around the apartment and its facilities, she was very fluent in English and helped to book taxi's from and too the airport. The unit exceeded our expectations and was very family friendly, the internal courtyard and downstairs living area provided our grandchildren with a safe area to play. We found a car park in the street outside and walking to the beach, old town, supermarkets, railway and restaurants was only fifteen to thirty minutes.

Our only discomfort was the mosquitoes, without any air conditioners or fans it was necessary to leave the windows open and invite them plus some cool air in. Not sure how comfortable the unit would be in the middle of summer!
