Nice appartment, very complete kitchen, thoughtful amenities and good communication. Bakery nearby is excellent, indian take out is tasty as well. In short distance of bus stops and the train station (note that not all buses stop at the train station). It was easy to get around with public transportation around st Malo to all nature points we wished to see.

Contact with other neighbours (upstairs neighbours) is necessary because they need an anti vibration mat under their washing machine (were doing laundry at night).

Great quality fit out throughout apartment. Easy check in and check out process. We stayed on hottest weekend of the year - and although no aircon - we managed to maintain cool environment using blackout blinds and flow of air through studio. A nice area of town away from the tourist trap of the Intra Muros area. Several bars and restaurants on the Boulevard and although only a 5min walk to train station - far enough away to not be part of a 'gare district' and associated drawbacks.

Aircon would have been an extra bonus but we managed okay with the more environmentally friendly natural approach of using shade blinds and window drafts to keep studio cool. (Note it was an unusually hot 30C+ when we stayed and so it was extreme circumstances!)

The property is around 20 minutes on foot from the Intra Muros and the Ferry terminal. it was bright, the kids room was great (ours loved the little pirate ship!) and the kitchen was lovely and easy to use. the area had multiple restaurants and shops on the doorstep

Everything matched the description. Street with free parking, bakery and supermarket are all nearby. Friendly Emilie met us and explained everything in detail. Not far from the old town. We had a great time. Recommend

Very nice appartement with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. Emily was a great host! Leaving the appartement I realized I had left my phone on the bedstand, So I called her and she was there in maybe 5 minutes. Great service, thank you for that!
