La habitación tenia aire acondicionado

La disposición, amabilidad y ayuda del personal y dueños, al llegar nos mostraron una habitación con mucho ruido exterior, al preguntar nos dijeron que esos locales cerraban a la media noche, sin embargo, recien a las 4 de la mañana cerraron, no dormimos nada, pedimos el cambio y se molestaron indicando que teniamos que tener todo a medio dia listo para realizar el cambio, solicitamos el cambio de la segunda noche por un tour que ellos ofrecian, pagar la diferencia pero no alojarnos mas ahi, se negaron, el desayuno no es muy bueno. Pesima experiencia, me retire sin cambio alguno y perdi el dinero ya que me cambie a otro hotel….

The air conditioning blows directly on the bed

Very central and busy location, close to everything in Rodadero. Pleasant, friendly staff. Cozy small hostel yard was much more peaceful compared to the street. Next time we would definitely choose a room facing yard instead. Room was basic, with large comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked well and was a life-saver, as weather in Santa Marta was unbearably hot. Internet was decent in public areas like co-working, kitchen, but didn't work stable in our room. Ping-pong in hostel was fun with kids running around and cheering. Thorough room cleaning service every day. Tasty breakfast with few options to select from (I recommend omelet with mushrooms).

Very noisy street, take earplugs to sleep. Loud music, dances, drums, street singers until 12-1 am. And at 4am local restaurant below our room used to start preparing food, moving furniture, talking loudly. Bad smell from bathroom drain from time to time. A strange window in the bathroom definitely needs a curtain. (As a tall woman I felt uncomfortable while taking shower)

The rooms are old,the breakfast is poor and has a small portion, the toilet and the bathroom is dirty and old,there is no ceiling of the bathroom (basically you do everything like you are inside the room ).

Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, room was surprisingly quiet considering we were above the street.

The included breakfast was modest but we didn’t mind for the price
