Ceci est notre 4ème condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain à The Dunes of Panama, bâtiment E (veuillez vérifier les numéros VRBO 462609, VRBO 708378 et 851288). Tout comme nos 3 autres condos, ce condominium spacieux et ensoleillé de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain offre une vue imprenable sur la plage grâce à son patio spacieux et accueillant, idéal pour une soirée de 6 à 8 personnes.
Il est situé dans le bâtiment E, juste à côté de l’une des 3 piscines des Dunes du Panama, avec accès direct à la plage. Venez découvrir le sable de quartz poudreux et étonnamment blanc et les magnifiques couchers de soleil! L'unité E1603 peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et 2 enfants (<10 ans) avec un lit king-size, un lit queen-size, deux lits jumeaux pliants et un canapé profond de haute qualité. Fiabilité WiFi est inclus, ainsi que des chaînes HBO. Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat HD dans les deux chambres et le salon. We had came into town a day early and the owner was very accommodating when we spoke earlier that week to let us rent the condo an extra night. We show up at 11pm and the condo had not been cleaned. we understand there was a miscommunication and we were okay with that- she kindly moved us to one of her open condos for the night. We return to this condo the next morning and it was still disgusting but the sheets had been changed and we had clean towels. I ended up cleaning the condo myself. The dirt and grim that came off the floor when I mopped was disturbing. I'm not sure if anything was actually cleaned. I refused to sit on the low, dirty couches. I wouldnt let my kids sleep on the couches and definitely not the very gross, worn out rollaway beds. We ended up buying cots for our kids to sleep on. The whole condo is in need of some major upgrades, a serious paint job and some good hard cleaning.

This was a great family vacation spot! The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Owners were excellent at communicating and very responsive. The live music at the pool was great. Amazing views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you

Our vacation was wonderful with many amenities on property — great pool side tiki bar and Sharkey’s restaurant
Manal and her husband were absolutely the most hospitable hosts. The security at the gated entrance ensured safety.
We will be returning next winter!

The condo was not as advertised. It would only comfortably sleep 4 people…..it was listed as 8. The couches are in desperate need of replacement. They were HORRIBLE. Not fit for even a dorm room.

The living room furniture and toliet was way too short for all of us..the oven needs to be replaced, it looks like someone spray oven cleaner in it and bake it on. No dish rags.

We had a great and very much needed trip to the beach. The condo was so close to the beach and the views from the balcony were amazing! The beach wagon that is provided with the condo is priceless. We used it every day to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable, but the extra fold out beds could use new or better mattresses. The washer and dryer are very small and the washer needs cleaned. The couches are very low to the ground. Not a problem for us but I could see it being a problem for an older person or someone with back problems. A few things need to be fixed and updated but it was an over all nice place.

The condo is right on the beach and the beach and pool are beautiful. The condo needs to be painted and several places in sheet rock need to be fixed. We had issues with the toilet and both bathroom sinks the first night (Sat) we were there and maintenance didn’t do anything until Thursday. It could have been cleaner. Also, the couches are 2 feet off the floor. Very hard to get up from them. Would stay in this building again, but not in this condo.

We stayed here May 7-13th on a friends annual trip. Overall the room, the view, the simplicity of the room was amazing. Perfect location to a quick drive everywhere. Rooms were spacious and away from the main living area. As much as we enjoyed it, the cleanliness of the room was not where it should’ve been. Just a little note to the property manager you may wanna get a different cleaning crew. We will defiantly be back though!

We rented this property for a month. The condo was perfect, the building and facilities spotless and perfect, the owners were perfect, our month was perfect. We needed a couple things fixed…toaster, coffee maker, and had a couple questions about stuff…reached out to Manal and within seconds it was taken care of! Probably the best communication I’ve ever experienced in rental unit!!! And I use vrbo and others often!! Thank you Manal!

Great location, clean and spot on!! Construction on neighboring condo very noisy and annoying!! Shower head in master bath has small leak… toilet and shower head very low!! Sofas too low to floor… difficult for middle age folks to get up!! However we WILL return and stay there again!!!

We stayed a bit over a month and really enjoyed the area. Our host was exceptional in every way. The condo was top notch. The elevator location was good for us because of our aging mother, get off elevator and short walk to room. I can't say enough good things about our host, she will return your call/message immediately. There was some construction, did not bother us because we were busy having fun. Security is the best, parking is great, get out of your car and jump on some very quick elevators. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach, and most of the east coast, including the Key's. I do believe PCB sand is the best, white and very clean. Look forward to staying again.

I took my daughters to the beach for Christmas. We had stayed in another unit in this building with the same owner. This unit was not up to par. The cabinet door and drawer was coming off the counter area by the bathroom in the master bedroom. One of the drawers was FULL of long black hair. The door to the master bedroom was off the hinges at the top. The master bath shower handle would not stay in place and would continue to get hotter during a shower. The removable shower head didn't work at all. The sink in the second bedroom's stopper was stuck and wouldn't drain. The lamp by the couch was missing it switch to turn it on. There were no plug ins for the lamps beside the bed in the second bedroom. This doesn't even touch the couch that was so low to the ground you were basically sitting on the floor or the fact that the coffee table had parts of particle board showing. It wasn't anything huge it was the continual disappointed of one more thing not working or up to par in this unit.

Can’t rave enough about the exceptional service at the beach bar located by the pool! The room was great. A few things I noticed during my stay, but didn’t effect my trip any. The upkeep needs to be better on the unit but the property manager always responded in a very timely fashion and was extremely polite. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, but like I said just a few things that could have been better or maintained more often. Beautiful view and very clean property!

Excellent Property, we will be back
We have enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great, the views from the balcony were exceptional, and the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was comfortable. We have enjoyed cooking and eating as a family. The kitchen was well equipped. The place was clean, and they even had beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place, with easy access to the beach, and the pool was extra bounce. The only thing that can be better is the master bedroom show head needs to be replaced. You will see some ceiling painting that needs repairs but is minimal. WE LOVE THE PLACE, and if we are back in Panama City, that where we would stay again.

This was our first time using a VRBO, I loved it. It was great. My only thing was I was unaware of not knowing that we needed to get our own toilet paper, paper towels, and small things like that.. but very clean and will recommend to many friends. You can tell it was dated, the oven drawer was broke, some of the cabinets are whacky, and just small things that could have been redone. We couldn’t find extra bedding for the twin beds they had in storage, so we had to turn the AC up to stay warm. All and all, it was a great place. The bar below was great too (a little pricey, but super yummy). 12/10
