The staff were courteous and the overall hygiene and facilities provided were upto the mark. After a string of experiencing sub par services from several hotels, I didn't expect much from this establishment either. Hotel CityWalk Residency was a surprising change. It exceeded all my expectations.

Staffs are good, rooms are very clean and wide. It is good to stay with family.
Food servicing which they have tie up with external restaurant is not so supportive.

The place is clean.
No service at all. It is comparable to staying at a lodge, just a bit more cleaner. Not even cold water was provided to drink even though ready to pay. Asked for a cleaning of small area in the room after a beach visit. Got a reply cleaning only once a day thT too in the morning. Not worth the money.

Room not cleaned daily....only once in 2 days. Cockroaches found in room. In a very isolated location

There was no cold water even though there is a cold water tap. Only hot water came out of the cold water tap.
The staff could not rectify the problem.
