Location was nice . It is at the city centre near PVS circle which helped us move about the place. Hot water availability for shower round the clock.

No restaurant attached to this hotel. We are forced to either buy from swiggy / zomato. Nearby there is Shiv Sagar ( ok ok type) but they do not deliver the cutlery for room service. Next option is walk upto either Ayodhya / New Taj Mahal cafe which is 1 km away. Access to basement parking was small and fear of damage to vehicles during entry / exit. We cannot park the vehicles on ground floor near the reception. There is a house just opposite this hotel which is not polite and there have been instances where the hotel customers car tyre was punctured for parking near the reception. We were asked to shift from one Double room which was booked online to another room ( also double room) after 2 day's stay. This was due to group booking for some marriage party. The double room we were shifted was very very small with no space to walk in the room apart from bedside . Felt a lot cramped. Also when we were asked to shift it was more of an order than a request ( it was later found out that we were given the keys to the incorrect room ). We expected a little more courtesy from staff there. The price per day is mentioned less online but for the same price I would prefer other hotels nearby PVS / Hampankatta for that matter. I am sorry to say but would not stay at this hotel / will not be recommending the same to others.
