Une histoire rez-de-chaussée une salle de bains et un nouveau carrelage récemment rénové dans les chambres. Cette villa est située à proximité de Disney et toutes les principales attractions avec Internet sans fil. Quinze minutes de l'aéroport d'Orlando. Deux rues au nord de l'autoroute 192 et à quelques miles à l'est de l'Interstate 4. Situé dans un cul-de-sac offre beaucoup d'intimité. Villas à Shadow Bay. Proximité, vous pourrez profiter des parcs à thème et attractions ou aventurer sur des promenades en bateau de l'air, des excursions en hélicoptère, location de jet ski. Golf, pêche, et paint ball sont à quelques minutes. Vous pouvez également profiter des boutiques magasins de discount et les marchés aux puces. Restaurants et pubs sont également à distance de marche ou à quelques minutes. Ou vous pouvez accrocher par la piscine du complexe et profiter du soleil et de la vie privée.

Everything was as stated in the listing, about a week out the owner emailed details of everything I needed to know on how to get in, whats expected as fas as keeping her property in good condition. Its a house that has all your needs. It had more appliances like a rice cooker, blender toaster, toaster ovens already! You might need to bring more serving bowls and serving utensils like the big spoons. Everything was comfy and spacious and very clean. Some people mentioned it was outdated but that didnt bother me a bit! 25 mins to disney and mostly 15 or 25 mins to everything else that we did...
Walmart ia half a mile away, plenty of shops around within 10 mins

The place was great. It just need a little update on appliances but the it was great.

We truly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a frozen margarita! It was very clean. The ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice for the margarita. 😂 Overall, great stay!!

Communication was great the home was clean and decently equipped beds we’re comfortable. Only complaint would be the pool area( community) was not well taken care of we chose not to use it nor did we see anyone using it during our stay . But living quarters was great .

Everything was great, enough room for my wife and I and out 6 kids. The only downside was the pool wasn't open yet.

Good location and nice place.
This was a good place for getting to just about anything in Orlando. It was clean on arrival, and had plenty of sleeping space.
The beds are quite soft, so if you like a firmer bed, keep that in mind.

Perfect for snowbirds
I rented Rosa’s location for my grandparent’s long term stay in Florida this year. The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked. They loved Rosa’s condo and appreciated how responsive she was.

Thank you Rosa for sharing your Villa! It was a long term stay for 4 people. Close to all Orlando attractions. All of the conveniences of home were provided and you were always available for questions when needed. It was obvious that you take great care and pride in your villa and you are equally attentive to the needs of your guests! Without hesitation I recommend this Villa!

Nice and inexpensive
Ms. Duarte was great to work with and very accommodating. This unit is a simple 3 bedroom apartment, with all the basics necessary for our stay. The complex is very quiet. It's about 25-30 minutes from Disney. We had a great time.

We go up at least one a month and it is asweome to feel like we are still at home, nice quite neighbor and very close to all Disney parks. No more hotels for me Thanks Rosa

Estuvimos 15 dias all'i y fue genial, mis felicitaciones a la propietaria, todo muy ordenado y limpio y en perfecto funsionamiento. lounico es que uno de los sistemas de television no funsionaba, por favor tome nota.

It feels like home
From the very beginning when I contacted Rosa, she replied very quickly & this has always been the case, anytime I had a question or a request before & during my stay she replied straight away.
The house is very cosy, same like the photos. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen has all the needed utensils. I stayed for a month & a half, the internet connection was somehow poor at first, but I informed Rosa & she contacted the service providers & they paid us a visit & changed the modem leaving the internet very fast. Also there was a minor problem with the plumbing, Rosa contacted her maintenance guy who came & fixed everything we told him.
The house location is just perfect, 3 minutes to a 24hr walmart & to the 192 with all its restaurants.
I really enjoyed my stay that I even felt sad for leaving.

La señora Rosa fue siempre muy amable y estuvo en contacto con nosotros en todo momento. La casa dejó mucho que desear para nosotros, los muebles de la sala muy sucios y manchados, las toallas olían bastante a humedad, la carreola que se nos ofreció totalmente oxidada, inservible. Los colchones muy muy blandos, las persianas en mal estado, no cubren en totalidad. Nada de lo que esperábamos...estuvimos sólo dos noches y decidimos salirnos a un hotel.
creo que se pueden hacer muchas mejoras a la casa para ser mas confortable y agradable la estancia

The condo is great it felt like being at home, it was perfect for me and my family we had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Will be going back soon
