The Host lady was very helpful, but whenever we complained about the cleanliness o the apartment, she didn't belive us.

The apartment was covered in dust, everything needed to be cleaned before use, even the plates had some dried up food on them, soap residue on the sink. Toiletries half used by someone else, limescale everywhere.

Met the host outside upon arrival. She was very friendly and walked me directly to the apartment. I really appreciate that this is an apartment rented by the owner - it is not some agency that is listed the booking. The location was amazing with gorgeous view of the beach from the living room every morning and the beach / strand was within a 10 minute walk from the property. Great location to jog / walk / people watch. Groceries and dining were right up the street and public transportation extremely convenient. Bought a RavKav card from the pharmacy just blocks away and loaded it up with fare for travel.

The beds/pillows were pretty uncomfortable for such a long stay (10 days) and the shower was tiny (I'm 'a decent sized human). The laundry machine needs clearing out.

They charge money for cleaning but it where very dirty; the bed linen we're very dirty; we've to sleep dressed; we stay there only one night of two booked. Terrible place to stay; it's a pillow on the photo

Very good position near to beach, shopping places, public transportation. Large rooms

Cleaning is not so nice. They have an extra tax for cleaning of 50 Euros, but they tell this only after reservations and after period of free cancellations. So they lied about the price! And for 50 Euros we had expectations and was not so clean. Also the walls are dirty and with scratches, and the shower can be only kept by hand because is broken.
