Loved our stay. The walk even with kids was an easy ten minutes to the lift. Loved also the short walk to restaurants and the grocery. The condo was equipped with a great little kitchen, but make sure you bring an hdmi hookup for any tv watching with apps and your own device. Besides that, we loved our stay.

Minus the tenants that were upstairs all 3 nights of our stay, making incredible noise til 3 or 4 am, the property was as expected. If those guys are full time, then the stay is not duplicatable. If they were short term, then we just got unlucky. The property was clean and comfortable and the host was on top of everything.

I took a star off because there wasn’t central air conditioning. I’ve been to Park City a lot and never had this situation arise. There were thermostats, I’m assuming for the furnace? There were 2 mobile air conditioners that you have to open the door quite a bit to work. I didn’t feel comfortable with sliding doors open. They had 2 units so unfortunately half of our company was stuck in the 2 remaining rooms without air. It got up to 88. We have a hard time sleeping in the heat….we had fans going and windows open at night.
This probably doesn’t affect most people just wanted to warn about hot summertime weather.
This was our only problem with the location.

Overall we were beyond. Please with this home. The location was perfect, easy access to slopes, right outside the free trolley. My kids stayed in one room, two of them to share to bed. One of them staying on the bunk bed. Kitchen had full amenities. We were able to bake cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They had a boot dryer to help dry our boots after a long day out in the snow. We definitely come and visit again. There was only one small hiccup... The drain in the master shower with slow to drain, management offered to fix immediately, however we didn't feel the need to wait for somebody to fix it and we're able to shower in the hall bathroom. Overall it didn't put a damper in our stay.

We have used VRBO once a year for the last 13 years. This is a clean place and a good location. The bus does stop out front, usually every 10 minutes. You will be a 5 minute bus ride to downtown Park City. You will have a 10 minute walk to Park Mountain for skiing or a 2 minute bus ride from around the corner. We walked and it takes the same amount of time either way. The kitchen has everything you will need as far as pots, pans, plates and silverware. You will hear people walking around if you have anyone occupying the condo above you. To us it was not a big deal, just letting you know. The management is very attentive and would help quickly if needed, we did not need anything, but received a few texts making sure our visit was going well. I would recommend this unit as a clean and nice place to vacation.

A great condo close to the main lifts of park city. Grocery store, Starbucks and 7Eleven all within walking distance. Bus stop right outside the building makes it easy to not have a car. The inside of the unit is just as advertised. Nice beds and linens. Would highly recommend this spot!

Good location right on Park. It's about 5- 8 minute walk to the slopes on the PC side and the free bus is right outside the front door that will easily take you to the restaurants of Park City.
Very well maintained with all the amenities, it is perfect for 3-5 single guys (more if you don't mind sharing beds in the rooms)

This unit is small in square feet but definitely adequate. It has 3 bedrooms with bunk and twin bed in one bedroom . The twin bed was not stable, so the kids slept on the bottom bunk bed which looked to be full size. Also, the builder did not insulate the external brick walls so this room got pretty cold. We called management and maintenance person showed up with a small floor heater. We were on the second floor and the people above us were very loud…like moving furniture all night. Maintenance brought us white noise machines. My son and his wife used the machine and that worked. The cleaning service needs to vacuum under the beds. They were nasty. I had a bad ski accident several years ago so I did not ski. I enjoyed my time at this unit….tv cable worked great. I also walked to Walgreens and Fresh Market and they were really close. The ski lift was about a quarter of a mile away. My husband and I arrived 2 days late because of SouthWest Airlines meltdown. I would probably rent this unit again.

Cozy and functional
I was really impressed by how well stocked the unit was. We had everything we needed, we did not need to go by trash bags, dish tabs, etc.
My down note is that every bedroom had a glowing thermostat control that there was no way to dim. I prefer sleeping in total darkness.

We had a really nice stay here! The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed. There is a bus stop is right out front which was very convenient. The only drawback is that there is another unit above, and there are wood floors and no soundproofing so you can easily hear every noise. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in a great location
The condo was everything that was needed for a ski-week with friends. The kitchen had ample supplies to cook and was spacious enough for six guys. Most importantly, the location was walking distance from the base of PCR. You just had to walk a block and through two parking lots.

Great Place in a a nice location.
This is a solid choice for staying in PC. Close to the bus stop for an easy ride to the city center. East access to many great skiing options. The condo is well stocked with all the items and spices you would need to cook meals. All the bedrooms had quality linens and extra blankets for added comfort. Our group enjoyed our time and would recommend.

Great location - perfectly situated on the bus line with easy access to both Park City and Deer Valley resorts. Comfortably fit 7 adults. Easy check-in process and very communicative host.
Few items: bathroom lights above mirrors may need to be replaced (blinking), extra twin bed in 3rd bedroom had loose headboard.

This was perfect for us. I didn’t realize there wasn’t AC throughout the entire condo until I got there and was super nervous but it wasn’t bad at all. Super clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. The only complaint I can think of is the walls are pretty thin. We were there 20 minutes when the downstairs neighbors came and knocked on our door asking us to be quiet. But even that wouldn’t detour me from a 5 star review.

It was a great location, convenient to slopes and Main Street. Obviously it wasn’t ideal to have the water main issue we did, but glad it got fixed relatively quickly and we could move back. Two comments to improve - needs more coffee mugs and drain in en-suite bathroom was slow running. Other than that was a great stay.
