Convenient location for an overnight stay from airport. Clean room with friendly staff.

Room was very small with a massage mattress under bed?.

Great location, it was lovely to have a free car park. Staff were very accommodating.

Shame breakfast didn’t really have any choice but full English/ cereal. Also beds were really noisy.

The hotel looked a bit tired from the outside, but once inside I was greeted by a very helpfull receptionist. All the staff I met were very friendly. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was served quickly, and it was very good. The Indian restaurant a few hundred yards away was good. Friendly staff and good food. I will stay again when I am in the area.

The toilet was stained brown and there was blood on the bed covers. I have emailed the hotel more than once about this with photo evidence but they still haven’t got back to me. Very disappointing.

The room was small, there should have been 2 mugs for 2 guests instead of one.

Het lekkere bed. We kregen eerst kamer 136. Dat was een opklapbed. Daar valt niet op te slapen. We kregen daarna kamer 138. Die kamer is zeer goed.

De laatste kamer, 140, was ijskoud. Ik vermoed al dagen niet gebruikt. Alles was door-en-door koud. Laten kregen we klein kacheltje maar dat hielp niet. De deur is zo lek als een mandje. En de plastic onder lekker op het matras moet er echt af. Het ligt afschuwelijk en maakt lawaai.

Com o Uber, paguei cerca Ł20 do aeroporto para o Hotel. Leva cerca de 15 minutos. Pra quem precisa de uma estadia rápida, é uma boa solução.

At the entrance to the room there was a step to get in I didn't see it as it was dark. Twice I nearly down. The tv barely worked. Id you didnt drive, you had to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

24 hr check in Clean

Delayed flight meant we missed the last trains and needed to book a last min stay near luton airport. The room was small but clean and the shower was hot & good pressure. The 24hr reception was very helpful as we arrived very late (2.30am) and had no problems at check-in. Rooms are very small (fold down wall murphy bed which was a novelty :P) and a little run down but clean and a good location for the airport & station and fine for the price. There was breakfast included but we slept through it as we came in very late. We got an uber from Luton Airport which was £30 at 2.15am. We walked to Luton Train station = 30mins in the morning. Useful location. Exactly what we needed.

Le camere sono troppo piccole e non sono pulite. Il letto è un letto scomodissimo di quelli che si chiudono ad armadio. Il bagno poi sembrava un bagno chimico con odore di fogna. Esperienza sicuramente negativa

Dining room was beautiful as was the decor of the hotel. the food was excellent and the location was quiet. good parking.

The room was extremely small, poorly appointed, with a murphy bed coming out of the wall, A plastic couch visible when the bed was stowed in the alcove, very old and uncomfortable. Plastic mattress cover under the sheet, most uncomfortable and wrinkled. Bathroom small but acceptable.

The room was not clean, there was dust at the back of the fold down bed, bathroom smelled horrible. Toilet seat was very worn out. Bathroom felt dirty I was worried to touch things. TV remote all dusty

A perfect room for one person. I was able to make a coffee and watch TV. Just perfect for one night.

I'm not a big person but the shower doors barely got my boobs in! Anyone bigger would have struggled!

Everything, no food available from breakfast time to evening time. Restaurant menu was too extravagant for the hotel. The bedroom was tiny, no room to do any work i.e. emails etc. The heater didn't work in the bedroom No service to the room when I was out.

Room too small and stunk of bleach. Mattress too hard. No headboard. Bathroom was too small and dated.

Wasn't too sure what to expect as ive never heard of Leonardo before, though it was a Scottish thing but now i realise its a chain! My stay was absolutely fabulous! cant fault it! Gym was good and managed to go after checking out! Room was lovely, plenty of scokets, lift was tiny but was fine for me and my many bags! Parking was ample. Customer service was ace!

Bad smell all over the coridor. my first room was so much bad smell that I was almost vomit. called the reception and a lady came but she didn’t smell any bad smell but came with a replacement room key, so assumed she knew everything. So bad experience at first site.

I was in room 106 the door in the corridor kept slamming every time someone went through. Bed was very uncomfortable know head rest it folds away. At 2.40 am the guy above me kept banging and making loud noise i phoned reception nothing was done finally at 4am I had to go downstairs myself to reception and we both went upstairs to speak to the guy. I would not stay there again.
