MarVista is an awesome property. Great location and the pool areas/grounds are beautiful and well-groomed. Parking garage with the coded entry is a good safety feature. Highly recommended! Our condo was furnished very well. Great vacation!

We absolutely loved this resort! The view was amazing, the unit was large and comfortable and we felt very safe in the parking garage area. We'd brought DVD's for a movie night but the DVD player didn't work so we found something else to do, no big deal. I only mention that so the owner is aware. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay - second stay at this unit. Great for the price - only negative is the furniture needs updated. The view and amenities are top notch!

3 bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Mattresses and linens could use a upgrade. Bedspreads needed and good cleaning. Overall condo was very nice and clean. Elevator's were fast. Parking was convenient and easy.

We were very pleased with the property. This is our second time to stay at MarVista and 4th year at NMB, this was our favorite condo. Parking is good, beach access is great, condo was great for our family that included 5 adults and one child. My granddaughter loved the pool/lazy river! The master bed was very comfortable. Everything worked well and was just as represented in the pictures and description in the listing. The only downside was we had terrible internet and cell phone accessibility within the condo. We had family in another unit in the building and they did not have any issues with cell or wifi. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The condo was beautiful and convenient to local attractions. I took my oldest brother for a little fishing and enjoyment before medical procedures. Had one of the best times of our lives.

We had some trouble getting the TV to work the first night, and the owners showed up the next day to help us get it working. We also needed an additional parking pass, and they brought one to us. We had a very enjoyable stay, and would definitely recommend this unit to other guests.

We loved all the amenities the pools, hot tub, bar, gym beach and walking distance to main street! My 4 adult children and two infants ! everyone had there own rooms and bathrooms made it perfect for all !

Hands down the best checkin process ever. We had no issues just a couple questions for the owner who responded quickly. 10th floor view was amazing! Pools were heated, very easy walk to beach. Great stay will definitely be back.

My family and I loved our stay at this condo! It was our first time in Myrtle Beach so we weren’t sure where to stay at first but I’m so glad we came across this one. The entire resort was extremely clean and all staff that we encountered were very friendly. The condo itself had a great view and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. I do wish there was less glass in the condo (glass tables) because kids are prone to accidents, but we are still looking forward to booking again regardless!

Great family stop
Great location in the less busy area of North Myrtle Beach. Large condo perfect for our family of 6. Condo had everything we needed but could stand some updated furniture and newer linens. Inside pool was nice for a rainy day swim or to escape the sun. Kids enjoyed the lazy river although all the pools could have been cleaned better but they're typical of a public pool. Would not hesitate to book again.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The pools and lazy river were hits with our 14yo and 12 yo granddaughters. It was convenient to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The 4 elevators made moving from place to place easy and we were able to avoid crowds. The master bedroom suite was spacious but the other two bedrooms were a bit crowded. It was fine for us since our daughter and son-in-law were unable to travel with us. It would have been a bit tight if all 6 of us were staying. But the other features more than made up for the smaller space. We would highly recommend this property.

Very beautiful condo. Place was vey clean although the floors were a bit sticky and could have used a little extra attention. Could have been just from being on the ocean. Nothing that would keep me from ever staying here again. Reasonably priced and overall clean and well maintained.

It was a nice condo...although a bit dusty. beds were very comfortable...but living room furniture wasn't great... overall very pleasant experience....

my husband and I stayed at this place for a covid friendly beach vacation. the property was clean and very nice. the bed was comfortable. we did not use the 2 bedrooms other than the master. the best thing about it was the balcony where we could read (even sew), watch and listen to the waves. the weather was very nice and warmer than we hoped for november. the only issues we had do not have to do with the property but the area. there is a lot of traffic on the main road where most of the restaurants are and the whole place is very built up. not a complaint, just the way it is. we had never been to the area before.
