La posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla.
Servizi primari assolutamente carenti. Il getto dell' acqua calda della doccia è flebile, in pratica ci si lava a gocce . Il riscaldamento inesistente: abbiamo battuto i denti.

The contact person was very unhelpful when I asked about the shade not closing, etc. The coffee vending machine didn't work, the other vending machine was barely stocked, the shared kitchen was a mess, the walls in my room looked like they had mold on them, an outlet was attached with tape, the bed was uncomfortable, and another couple who checked in after me found their room with water all over their floors and a bunch of drenched towels everywhere. They tried contacting the hotel and there was no response. The photos are VERY misleading! And the entire contactless check in was a pain!

We didn’t get any answers about the inside room fridge and the air conditioner, most of the electricity contact don’t work :(

Great location, comfortable bed.
The DIY check in was not super intuitive, neither was the app used to open the doors. No staff was found at any time.

Good location, very near to train station and beach. Room was spacious with all clean bedding.
Wifi didn’t work, web-app didn’t work. Was tough to access property unless we got the physical key.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a nice view of the sea (as seen in other pictures) and the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as well, it is very central and a short 10-15 minute walk from the main station. I would definitely stay there again.
Unfortunately the sink in my bathroom was leaking. I didn't notice it until the next morning when I saw water on the floor and discovered there was a plastic bowl to catch the dripping water. I had to empty the bowl every morning in order to keep the floor dry. This was a minor issue that can be fixed quickly however.
Also, the vending machine took my money and didn't dispense any water, even though it said it was functioning. I didn't receive any money back either.

The room (number 3) was nice and quiet. Everything was clean. It would have been a perfect stay if I hadn't found mold at the wall. It needs to be removed.

the property is right on the city centre. you have the main shop street just by the corner . there are a lot of restaurants and attractions to visit. the place is close to one of the port and the train station.
We thought that the place was a B&B, but it isn’t. However, there is an small place where you can seat and bring your own take away if you want and you have a kitchen available. there is a small fridge in the room which give you more privacy, but you can still use the big fridge in the kitchen. I’m very surprise about the place and the location. definitely, I will recommend the place.

location was great, 15 min walking from the train station.
room exactly as photos.
it’s a contact less property. all managed by an app, so if you like to have a 24/7 person there for you, this isn’t the hotel for you. if you like simple things, and go with the flow, then it’s a nice hotel for you.
the bathroom was terrible. the first night we had all of it flooded. they repair it the next morning thankfully, but it kept doing so strange sounds and so loud. we were sleeping and woke up because of the sounds.
the second day we went for capri and when we returned at 7pm, the house keeper haven’t passed, no bed had been done, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

No staff, everything through an app. No one answered the messages. No one appeared in 6 days.
Air conditioning and fridge weren’t working.
Room extremely dirty and with bad smell.
No utilities in the kitchen. Only one knife for everyone.
It is offered as a bed and breakfast. No breakfast.
The cleaning lady entered the room when we said that we didn’t wanted her to enter while we were away. She only made the bed, not even a change on towels.
Worst experience in booking ever. And booking didn’t answer the message neither.

The location was very good, just on the main Street, well maintained house, and a nice balcony. The house has a lift/ step free access.
The accomodation description is misleading! The breakfast are not included and apparently "it was never served in this property" according to the owner while at the end we were told we didn't pay for it. I requested information at the beginning and I was told that booking.com added "breakfast included" without the hotel knowing. The owner was very rude and frustrated and every time the answers were different why the breakfast is not served.
Air conditioner doesn't work. The AC worked a few times for a very short amount of time and it was dripping inside the room creating a massive puddle on the floor that left our backpacks soaked. The wall next to it is very mouldy.
The pillow cases were dirty. Room is not well maintained and differs from the photos shown on the website. The door handle was broken and we been struggling to open/ close door also to lock the door from inside.
We talked with other guests and they had the same issues. Once I contacted the owner with these issues, I was told to leave a review. Not the most helpful answer. It is first time I am leaving such a negative review but I would advice to stay away from this hotel if you want a lovely stay in Salerno! :)

A lot of mold. Check-in is complicated, for a long time it was not possible to register using the logins created by the institution, and it was not possible to get additional information from a single phone number. The number published on the website does not exist. The room is tragic, the curtain holder is broken, it looks unsafe and dangerous. There is a lot of mold in the room, the smell is very bad, the ventilation system is clogged, the smell of leaking wires. The handle is broken, it is difficult to open - close the door. Conditions in the room are dangerous for the human respiratory system.

It was in a great location, very close to everything.
It was a bit difficult getting in with the app, since it wasn’t working, but we got help from the staff via messages and we solved it super quickly.

The location is very good and the bed is comfortable
We had the economy room and in the only window we had there were two huge cockroaches, which you can see when you clean it and they were not removed until we complained.
There is no reception, it's all through an app so there is no personal treatment.
In our case with the incident we had, the person in charge came and offered us breakfast as compensation; but even so it seemed insufficient to us as these are details that must be foreseen before handing over a room.
You communicate by whatsapp and in my case it took them two hours to answer or they didn't answer me at all.
There is a kitchen, but it does not have the necessary utensils for its use.
It is a pity because if it were better organised it could be a great accommodation.

From foreigners perspective, using key was difficult.

- The location was very good, it was next to the city center and not far from the beach
- We had a balcony with a small view to the ocean, which was nice
- The air-conditioning was great to have too
- The bathroom sink was clogged and they didn't fix it after we reported it and personally showed it to the cleaning staff
- The fridge door from our bedroom was dislocated, making it harder to properly close it
- There were no breakfast options, even though the B&B description mentions they offer breakfast. When we contacted the staff about it, they weren't very professional.
- We couldn't cook anything (the oven and the stove didn't work). We could only use the microwave if we turned the fridge off.

Good showers and comfy beds.
Photos for this property are very misleading which we were disappointed to discover. Don’t expect any views from the balcony if you do get one. You’ll be looking at the back of a billboard, the view in their photos is a massive stretch from the side balcony. Everyone was working remotely from this property which was also a bit eerie. 2 codes from your phone to enter a thin corridor decored like a restaurant but no one operating it.
