The Location was good and the fact that was free parking just in front of the property the room nd bathroom were modern. You have use of the kitchen. 👍🏼

The room was on top floor to get up with the suitcases not so suitable for older users. it was a nice room but it hasn’t been clean to the maximum as lamps, handles and drawers were full of dust.. heating only on at set times and not heaters in the rooms.

It was exactly as advertised. There was on street parking and secured parking too. The views were lovely and the location was excellent with close proximity to riverside walkways and parks.

The microwave oven was not working on this stay. The upstairs toilet was flushed with great difficulty on this stay.

Quiet neighborhood. Coffee, tea, milk and corn flakes available any time. For cat lovers; the neighborhood features quite a few friendly felines.

Bad soundproofing between rooms if any: don't forget ear plugs. Kitchen advertised but no proper cooking gear; though for breakfast that's all fine. The furniture in the room is slightly inconvenient.; an impressive wardrobe is taking a lot of space, but is a bit difficult to benefit from (too high unique shelf, just handful of hangers, doors hindered by the bed and nightsand)

The B&B was great it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. lovely shower and very good facilities

Family room spacious, kitchen well appointed and toilets were ok.

Having given our arrival time Hasan messaged he’d meet us at the property at the agreed time. However, he was half an hour late despite me texting him, and that was only because another man who was staying there and who seemed to know Hasan phoned him. It turned out Hasan had forgotten! Not very impressed. The toilets are on ground and 2nd floors. We were on the first floor so had to traipse up and down the stairs in the night. Not a biggie but would’ve been nice.

Not as advertised. Wouldn't mind paying 50 a night for here but touching 100 is a but of a rip off. Its just a room in a building on a council estate. None of the pictures on theis site were anything like the actual place. No river view and not that close to the river. Toilet was blocked, bath didn't work and you had to hold the shower attachment with one hand as there was no where to fix it in place. Room and building were clean and comfortable but location is not great and facilties were not good. Does the trick but nothing to shout about. Wouldn't go back.

The room that I was initially assigned did not meet my expectations as I had booked a superior room and this one was tiny, did not look anything like the pictures, and had no bathroom which was a no-go for me. Luckily, I was assigned another very nice room with a private bathroom (the shower didn't work correctly but I hope they fixed it). Everything was very clean and the room and the house are well-equipped. So, I would stay there again as it is a nice budget option in a good location. The owner I didn't meet in person (there is no staff at the house) but he was very friendly, was reachable all the time, and gave clear instructions about how to access the house, etc. I find the pictures and the descriptions on booking somewhat misleading, so I would make sure to see pictures and details of the room where you will actually be staying as there are big differences.
