It was clean and the interior looked nice.

It was a huge problem with the main entrance key-card in the building. It wasn't working and we could not go inside in the building. The contact guy was not friendly. He told that he knows it is a problem and the card is not working and if we are not happy we can leave to find a new place. This was at 19.30 in the night when we arrived. I was with a disabled person so I could not do this. I had to wait till someone who was living there came to the building and opened the door. When I wanted to go to buy some food, it was already late and I had to wait 30 minutes till someone came. I wasn't happy with the stay there and the way how the contact person talked with us it was really not correct and nice, you cannot send someone looking for a new location and he would send the money back. It isn't professional. The bathroom is having a smell and the shout curtain has mold.
