The rooms we stayed in had seen some wear and tear, very basic- but all necessities were there, as described.

The rooms we were put up in were quite old, they emitted an odour maybe from the excessive cleaning fluid used. On one of the days the people from the next shack started doing some drilling and banging work at 7am in the morning waking all of us up. On speaking to the staff they communicated to the next shack owner and the same didnt happen next day.

Proximity from Palolem beach..it was just Beach front hut..the only positive thing about this stay..

Beach restaurant/bar/sun loungers closed (apparently by beach inspector) for a couple of days on arrival. No attempt to compensate nor provide a goodwill gesture.
On paying, told card machine ‘broken’. Said they’d pay any commission due the money broker they took me to - he tried add an additional 5% on top of my bank’s exchange rate without telling me.

I when we arrived we were informed that it had been closed by beach inspector. we were taken to Sai Sebastian shack and charged same money but it was not up to scratch. very dissatisfied

The only thing I liked at cafe blue was its service, the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would specifically mention Mr. Prakash who and made us feel very comfortable and made our stay more pleasant

The location is superb, it is only 10 steps from our room to the beach. We could see the sea from our room. The food was good.
The coffee was not good. I had to walk 15 minutes to find a coffee shop where I could enjoy an Americano coffee everyday!

So this is a very good location for the stay in south goa. We visited on march end. Services are good . Food is also very good , very tasty especially if u r north indian then u will definitely like the food.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Staff was super friendly and polite and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Prakash and Krishna were of specially great help with everything (recommendations on food, shopping etc). Had excellent conversations with them throughout our vacation. Hope to be back in Palolem soon!!

The sea facing room upstairs was absolutely wonderful. Real premium stuff. Pocket friendly.

Sea facing rooms are not worth the price. The rooms are very basic. The staff at the restaurant was rude.

From the time you start from your room, and have your feet in water, it is literally less than a minute. You can make as many trips in and out of water as you wish. Excellent view from the balcony. Wonderful staff and good food. Very spacious room, excellent amenities, very well maintained.
Parking area is a bit far. Of course they hotel manager quickly sent his staff to help us with the luggage. However for checking in/out at odd times, and with larger luggage, can cause inconvenience.

The best part of staying at Cafe Blue is the beach which is right in front of you when you are eating aloe chilling. The food is amazing and even though there are many options available nearby, you should and must stop at the restaurant to enjoy their Pizza !
The rooms could have more facilities like a tea and coffee station. That I feel is a must for every room.

This was my second time visit at this place. All in all a great place to stay and enjoy your beach vacation.
This time the room service was bit delayed due to less staff. But over all it is manageable since they have their restaurant at the ground floor and by the sea.
