A great rental for the week. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions! Condo was exactly as described. Location was very close to the tennis/pickleball courts and a short walk to the beach. A quiet end unit :D

This was the most beautiful relaxing vacation we have ever had. The owners are amazing! Condo is beautiful w/ amazing views of the sunrise/sunset. The turtles 🐢 are adorable. The beach is spectacular. Locals are engaging and friendly! We can’t wait to return and maybe someday make it our home ❤️

From the moment we walked into the property from the time we left to come home we were very happy with our stay. We loved that we had plenty of room for us all to be together but also our own individual space if needed. We absolutely loved it and any questions we had the host was quick to answer. Will definitely be staying here again and We Love OIB!!!

We love the 4 bedrooms 4 baths units. Great for a family with adult children. Also nice having access to the gas grill. Walking distance to the beach excellent location!

We had a great time with our son, our two daughters & their husbands and our first grandchild. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and met our needs perfectly. We drove to the beach parking area by the pool each day and enjoyed both the beach and pool. We found some fabulous seafood and had professional photos done at the beach one day. We loved that the back deck/porch was shaded in the afternoons and evenings. It was a great place to enjoy the sunset, watch for the alligator in the pond below, enjoy a lightening storm and just sit in peace. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sitting space in the den was perfect for our movie nights after the baby was asleep. Thank you for letting us use your place!

This condo was perfect for our family. The elevator was very helpful for our elderly parents. The property was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very spacious for a week long stay. Would stay here again!

We had four adults and two children. The condo was plenty large to accommodate all of us. It was very clean and Steve was easy to communicate with. The location is nice because you have a good view of the inland waterway and a natural area from the back porch. the beach access is not a far walk. We rented a golf cart which I would recommend but not necessary.

The condo was everything we needed and more during our stay! It is so hard to find a pet friendly place anymore so we are especially grateful for that so our fur babies could experience the beach. It had beautiful sunrise views off the back porch and it came fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen for the week! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo! We would definitely book again!

The descriptions are completely accurate and the views are the best ones in the complex in my opinion (we have stayed at 4 different condos in this complex over the years). This is the one we will try to get back to on our next visit. Steve was super responsive and great in all communications although we really didn't need anything during the visit as the condo was in tip top shape. Would highly recommend and we would love to visit again. Beach is a short walk and easy access; pet friendly which was super helpful for us. Outdoor back patio has a gate so the dog can be outside with us with no safety concerns. Great place!

Just Beachy has everything you want for a relaxing vacation: clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location is close to the beach, close to many great restaurants and grocery stores! The owners are very responsive and though we did not need anything, we knew they were just a text, call or email away! Highly recommend!!!

Steve was an excellent host and came personally to repair gas grill. Condo was clean, kitchen was reasonably stocked, and beach was a short walk away. The view from back deck was awesome.

The host was very responsive. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. My 87 yr old mother especially enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the canal behind the condo. We're hoping to rent it again next year.

Owners were great to work with, checkin process is easy with notification when the unit was available, even early! Condo was set up perfectly for the family. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Minutes from the beach . The condo has a elevator, which made unpacking and packing a breeze . Already looking at dates for next year.

We very much enjoyed out stay in this condo - it was nicely decorated, very clean, well-furnished and super convenient to the public beach access (although with all the "stuff" we carted to and from the beach, the golf cart we rented was well-used). Our granddaughter loved being able to go from the beach to the swimming pool at the Isles, which was a great perk, and our dogs enjoyed being able to travel with us (thanks for allowing pets!). The partially covered deck with dining table and chairs allowed us to eat dinner outside in the evenings, which we also enjoyed.

I can’t say enough about Steven he was great. The house was exactly as pictured. We did notice some mold in the front room shower ,and the rug had some stains . We were too late to rent a Golf Cart so that was a disappointment and finally the only other complaint was another tenant had his car parked in front of the entrance all week. The location was great ,the kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the turtles. It was also great to have TVs in all the bed rooms. All and all it was great

We very much enjoyed out stay in this condo - it was nicely decorated, very clean, well-furnished and super convenient to the public beach access (although with all the "stuff" we carted to and from the beach, the golf cart we rented was well-used).
