The view Nerja never lets us down.

The apartment is in desperate need of modernization, it's generally run down and grubby, the beds are basic but clean everything was showing signs of wear and tear. The bath towels were no more than rags, more worrying was the electrics the circuit breakers tripped on several occasions and the circuit breaker box was extremely hot to the touch. Very basic crockery some of which was chipped the only thing that looked new were the egg cups. Quite frankly of 34 years of going to Nerja the worst apartment we have stayed in. The positive is that it has a spectacular view and the grounds are well kept and the pool was good although again showing signs of wear and tear.

Stairs, stairs, and stairs. And everything but the living room is dark.

The view is amazing, location is beautiful, the apartment is big and spacious but basic

Arrived to full on sewer works at the block, felt we should of been told about this had to climb over planks and open pipes to access apartment No basic utensils, tea pot, wine opener/ bottle opener, kettle very small could only get two cups of coffee from it, pillows dirty, fixtures and fittings need attended to, no WiFi unless paid extra, I could go on and overpriced, compared to other properties in the block that were much superior standard

The location. But plenty other places to stay in the area that are not a health and safety risk.

A pure health and safety risk. Do not stay here. A serious issue with damp and mould in the living area, patio doors to a balcony that dont shut so a 3yr old can open them and a roof terrace you cant use cause it's dirty and wet from a leak (which is causing the mould/damp). Rusty BBQ, not cleaned before we arrived or during our stay, not properly furnished, stained couches, and the kitchen utensils...well what kitchen utensils! Yes the location is fab and views amazing. But not worth putting the health and safety of your family at risk. Disgraceful management by the letting agents when we complained. Ruined our stay. 2 weeks later since we left and still they have not dealt with my complaint despite many phone calls and emails and have not yet returned my security deposit even though we left the apartment in a cleaner state that we received it. Do not stay here.
