Arriba est une maison individuelle histoire en bord de mer, situé à 1 heure de route au sud de Sydney en Thirroul - le sympathique village.
Idéalement situé sur la plage de Thirroul, invités Arriba à pied à seulement 50 mètres de niveau plus pelouse (sans route à traverser) de monter sur le sable fin et doré de cette belle plage de surf.

This is the 5th time over a 10 year period that we have stayed at Arriba, and we are never disappointed. The location is amazing, the property itself is well appointed and comfortable. Tracey is a great host, nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic location. Ideal for the little ones with such easy access to the beach. So many wonderful eating options in walking distance. Beautifully maintained property and delightful people to deal with. I would highly recommend Arriba Beachfront Cottage, and we will certainly be returning for another stay

Arriba beachfront Cottage was a very relaxing and Stunning holiday home.
From the moment we walked in it was stunning it had everything we needed , even a lovely bottle of Red wine and some yummy chocolate left by Tracey .
Close walking distance to restaurants and shops and to dog beaches.
I would highly recommend this beautiful beachfront home .

We had a wonderful stay at Arriba with the extended family. The property was amazing with ample living and dining space for a large group. There were games, toys and books for the little ones which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic right opposite the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with enough crockery and cutlery for everyone. Highly recommend.

Had a two night stay at Arriba, would definitely recommend! Was walking distance to town where we saw a show at Anita’s theatre and so many options to eat nearby. Was perfect for our 4 couples, spacious, cosy and amazing location!

We recently had a number of lawn bowls sides competing in the State Championships in and around Wollongong.
We chose Arriba Beachfront Cottage as our home base for the week - and were very glad that we did.
During the week, we had between 2 and six adults staying at the property at any one time.
The amenities were excellent!
This was a great place to come home to after a full day of competition on the greens.
The living and sleeping areas were fantastic. We certainly enjoyed our downtime at Arriba!
While we stayed at Arriba during the winter, I can only imagine how enjoyable it would be during summer months - especially being right on the beach in a very quiet street.
Tracey managed the property very well - always communicating with us. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Arriba recently. The location is fantastic - our children enjoyed exploring the rock pools not far from the front of the property and the short stroll along the beach to Thirroul beach playground.
Tracey was very responsive and the house itself was clean and spacious with impressive ocean views across the front living areas. We hope to be back in summer.

This property has all the charm you’d expect from a beach house. Fantastic nautical details and incredible views of the ocean. We loved sleeping to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoyed morning cups of tea and coffee on the front deck. Ample dining and bedding for two families. Our third stay at this property - and we will return again!

We spent a wonderful week at Arriba Beachfront Cottage.
The position is amazing, directly opposite the beach. It is an easy walk to Austinmer rock pools via the beach as well.
The house is very well equipped. The furnishings are very comfortable - we couldn’t have asked for more.
Tracey the property manager is great to deal with. We would love to spend more time there.

I cannot say enough about this house. It was the perfect place for our family group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). It was so comfortable we felt like we were staying at our own home and the bonus was that it was right across from the beach (practically on the beach)! Big back yard, plenty of room for the kids to play, serviceable kitchen, entertainment areas, comfy beds. Walking distance to all the shops. Tracey, property manager couldn't have been more helpful. I could rave on for ages. It ticked all our boxes and other family who visited us are keen to book it too. We might even come back for a proper holiday ourselves (this was just a short trip for a wedding). Loved it!

A group of 10 of us workmates booked this place to get some time away from the busy city life, our kids and significant others.. After a fishing charter trip in Wollongong we check-in to this property and to be honest, the photo's do not do it justice. Such a great property with the best location. It's clean, the deco was well done, it was perfect. Cannot fault this place and love to be able to come back again hopefully next year. You will not be disappointed!

We were 5 friends from work from many years back. We go away every year. This house was great. Clean, nice bathrooms. We were left a bottle of wine and choc which was a nice touch. We would all come back again. Beach was just across the road and we went for an early morning swim. Freezing, but then it is August.

Right on the beach
Arriba is a great holiday house that’s worked well for our 3 generation family holiday. Well set out bedrooms including one with a double and 2 singles, perfect for our daughter, her husband and 2 little girls. Well equipped kitchen, good living area, wifi , 2 smart tvs . Bathroom , ensuite and another toilet in the ( external) well equipped laundry. Great decks, bbq, big backyard for the kids. Right opposite Thirroul beach in a No through road street. Close to cafes, Thirroul Beach pavilion; easy short walk to IGA, Coles etc.
Tracey the property manager was excellent to deal with.

We enjoyed four days at Arriba and found the property to be perfect for our family.
The property is well equipped for all your needs and if there were any issues Tracey was there to help.
With the beach just across the road and lovely local cafes and restaurants it was a very enjoyable stay.

Would rent again
Loved the place. The amenities were amazing because we went with my grandmother and she loved how friendly the house was. The only minor downside was that she had a small trip with the rug on the floor in the bedroom. But other than that we loved it and would rent the place again

Arriba is the perfect holiday house for families. It is in a beautiful location, straight across from the beach, around the corner from a great little coffee shop and a 2 min walk to the Thirroul Shops.

Ideal location for a short holiday. Beach access and close to shops and restaurants. We chose a rainy period but the house was still pleasant with a good outlook to the beach via the front sliding doors. Good size rooms. All you need. Tracey was responsive to any request and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Beach at your doorstep, spacious accommodation, great facilities including all the necessary basics that really helps a short stay - plentiful crockery, cooking ingredients, tea, coffee etc as well as comfy beds.

Perfect
Arriba accommodated our extended family wonderfully, with plenty of space and comfort for all considered, in a beautiful setting. Having x4 of our group over 80 years of age, the level access throughout, as well as the easy stroll to the beach and beyond made Arriba the perfect choice. We really couldn't have been happier with our stay and hope to visit again one day.

Perfect!
We had a wonderful weekend at Arriba cottage and will be looking to book again! We found the property to be very well appointed, particularly the kitchen. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and you can leave kids to play either out the back or front. We felt the only thing missing from the house would be 2 or 3 more kitchen stools (2 wasn't quite enough for our group). However, that being said the house does have a large dining table with 10 chairs and multiple outdoor settings, so you won't be short on places to sit.

Prefect stay
This property was just perfect, location with a great view. We were 2 families with lots of space. Children had lots of space to play, a great backyard & grass if front right on the beach. Everything was just great, from communication with Tracey, cleanliness and all amenities. I will definitely stay again.
