Large enough for 3 children lots of parking & outside space. Well equipped with clean bathrooms & toilets. Felt like home from home not spotlessly clean & would fail a Four in a Bed review but we didn’t mind the odd cobweb & chipped plate like I said home from home ! Good value & close to a fabulous vintage clothing shop, butchers & cafe ! 5 mins to tesco express or coop & near a lovely play park !

Nothing really it wasn’t spotlessly clean but we were ok with that.

Excellent location with nearby facilities and within a short distance of Aldeburgh seafront.

The house did not appear to have been cleaned - there was dog hair on the floor and a lot of spiders. Also, not all of the beds were made up, which was not ideal since bedding had to be moved from one room to another. The address on Booking.com is incorrect, making it difficult to find.

Quietness, parking, good position/views. Good place to stay and great value.

Despite being well cleaned, pet smells were still evident. Cold tap in kitchen didn't turn off properly, in need of repair. Cutlery could do with replacing.

Good location and facilities within meters

Property is cheap but poorly decorated the carpets are poor garden was full of red ants so we couldn’t sit out. The upstairs isn’t too bad but I’m general it’s a bit tatty and grubby

Great location, out of town, so quiet and set down a track leading to a garden centre. About a 20 min walk into town. Large garden, off road parking. House was roomy with downstairs toilet and utility room. Large kitchen, nice size bedrooms, lovely fresh white linen and towels. lovely and bright. Comfortable beds. Lovely big pantry. The lady who let us in was very friendly and nice.

property did have a lot of cobwebs and outside windowsills were very dirty. could do with a window clean. Could of done with a more thorough clean. The decor is quite old fashioned and quirky - didn’t bother us. kitchen could be better equipped - with utensils.

The situation of the house was as expected but nothing else.

There was no sign on the house - not a problem but symptomatic of the attitude throughout the house. Very inadequately equipped kitchen, very uncomfortable beds, no thought to comfort or aesthetics throughout. Absolute minimum investment and consideration for the guests and therefore not a good experience.

Location a bit concealed, we struggled to find on sat nav, and local grocery deliveries struggled as well Housekeeping could do with a bit of spruce up: e.g. popcorn in drawers, Cork on corkscrew, no tea/ coffee, kettle had thick layer of limescale, no peelers, no oven mitts, tv couldn't run streaming services also we found the matresses too soft
