Good location on the Gran Via.

Worse host we ever met. There was over 24h electric powerdown. No emergency light. Host promise to bring. never did. Bad bad service when we asked him he told us we can leave. There was 91 stairs up with no light in stairs. Nobody care even next day elevator didnt work. There where many missing lights. It was dark in the rooms and flashing in the kitchen. Couldnt read in badroom or living room. Ask to replace bulbs host but host didnt help. Only one cutting knife in kitchen broken glasses.Only 1 bathroomm not enough for more than 3 peaple.

There was an Air conditioner in all the bedrooms plus the living room! Be respectful and turn off when you leave. Nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view. Central locations a plus

Could use some more pots and pans for cooking. A knife or two. Not a big deal

Excellent central apartment with 3 good double bedrooms and double beds. Great lounge, reasonable kitchen, all the facilities you'd need. Good contact with owner, with keys in a box outside the apartment.

It was all good, but small points - Only Spanish TV, only one bathroom/toilet, small kitchen.

This is the best apartment I have ever booked on Booking.com. I cannot recommend it enough. We were 6 people, and had enough space for everyone. The apartment was so clean we could have had lunch on the floor. Location was stunning. Amazing value for money. Fernando was clear, friendly and helped to have a smooth stay all along. Thank you so much!

I do not have any bad comments about this booking. It was exceptionnal.
