Nice apartment, good location for looking round the city. The heating in the apartment was very good.

No English TV channels. Kitchen tap very loose. Wifi not great. Free street parking near to the apartment very difficult. Some light bulbs need changing.

Light, airy apartment in very good location for exploring the city.

The smell and overflowing shower tray in the bathroom which we cured by cleaning out the trap in the shower tray.

Beautiful apartment, incredibly clean. Parking for free and a short walk into the old town. Great communication from the owner and lovely lady to greet us. Brilliant price.

Nothing it was perfect. Maybe some tea or coffee in the apartment but that’s if I had to be picky!

Location is great and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay in the city. The neighborhood is quite quiet

The apartment was not clean, the kitchen cabinets were greasy. Besides that you had to pay 50€ for late check in. The landlord also wanted my credit card number for the damage deposit. Beds were not comfortable, rather soft and worm out

We recommend 100% the apartment is very clean and comfortable. We liked everything very much. It is located in the very center. We will definitely return to these apartments. Thank you very much.

The city of Vitoria is very interesting

Check-in is a mess and unacceptable. If the Owners are going are going limit arrival to 16:00, please say so clearly on the instructions to Guests; tell the "meeter & greeter" to be present at last 10 minutes before Guests' expected arrival time; and pay for the "meeter & greeter" to be connected to a telecoms service which includes receipt of international calls and texts. None of the arrival arrangements worked, causing great stress. The Owner is represented by an agent in the Canaries who is incapable of intervening if anything is unclear/uncertain/changes.
